“The best decision I made was to order the half chicken instead of the quarter. Cooked fresh to order, bursting with flavor and a healthy meal what more could you want. Know before you go - the restaurant doesn’t look like much and because the food is cooked to order call ahead or be prepared to wait 20 minutes.Absolutely recommend for something different, delicious and affordable. “The lobster bisque in a bread bowl was delicious. I don't know where they get their bread bowls but mine was perfect. Warm and crusty on the outside but soft and yummy on the inside.The mocktails are new since our last visit and the mojito was the best I've had so far at a restaurant. I also had the kale caesar salad with blackened grouper which I really enjoyed.“

“My husband and I went for lunch, we were pleased to find out they have lunch specials. You can get selected entrees with either a soup, salad or beverage. I got it with the soup, a cup of lobster bisque, very pretty but I didn't capture a photo. I wouldn't get the bisque with a sandwich again because although tasty, it's very creamy, very heavy and it filled me up so I couldn't enjoy my sandwich as much. Next time, I'll combo the beverage. My husband very much enjoyed his lobster roll, it was very good.“

“It's always good to patronize our local businesses that serve with love and care. C Food Palace on Madison Ave & Myrtle Ave. Irvington, NJ was a great find for me today. I've passed by many times and finally decided to stop in today. Boy am I glad I did. My food was fresh and very tasty from the fish to the shrimp, down to the rice. “I’m from New England and it’s so hard to find good fish and chips , this place was good enough that i had to leave a review , i do wish i had more lol i only ordered double fish and chips (the fried cod) and it left me wanting more, unfortunately they closed before i could get more ? i will definitely be ordering from here again . The batter and fish was fresh even ordering at 10 pm , the batter was perfectly Crisp and was not soggy at all even with the fact i had ordered from Uber eats and didn’t pick up myself , I’m super satisfied thank you“
