“My husband and I went for lunch, we were pleased to find out they have lunch specials. You can get selected entrees with either a soup, salad or beverage. I got it with the soup, a cup of lobster bisque, very pretty but I didn't capture a photo. I wouldn't get the bisque with a sandwich again because although tasty, it's very creamy, very heavy and it filled me up so I couldn't enjoy my sandwich as much. Next time, I'll combo the beverage. My husband very much enjoyed his lobster roll, it was very good.“

“What a find. Take my 4 stars as 5. This place is like going to your grandmother’s or mom’s crib. Well-seasoned. They only have wings and fingers. No breasts. They get a demerit for that. Spoke to some locals: they said the catfish is on point, too. Finally, this is your Newark spot for wings. Go and you’ll see what I mean. The value is EXACTLY what I look for in our communities.“

“The best decision I made was to order the half chicken instead of the quarter. Cooked fresh to order, bursting with flavor and a healthy meal what more could you want. Know before you go - the restaurant doesn’t look like much and because the food is cooked to order call ahead or be prepared to wait 20 minutes.Absolutely recommend for something different, delicious and affordable. “The lobster bisque in a bread bowl was delicious. I don't know where they get their bread bowls but mine was perfect. Warm and crusty on the outside but soft and yummy on the inside.The mocktails are new since our last visit and the mojito was the best I've had so far at a restaurant. I also had the kale caesar salad with blackened grouper which I really enjoyed.“
