It was my first visit at New Territories, a Hong Kong inspired ice cream and dessert shop. When I walked in, I was greeted by nuz one of the workers there. Warm welcome & big smile.She was super informative about the menu and so much fun to talk to. Then I met the owner , Pete. Explained to me to story of the store pretty amazing. They are famous for their bubble waffles. Was hot and fresh with along with vanilla ice cream & sprinkles. I had the double lemon float with lemonade and lemon sherbet as well. Store was very clean. There was about 15 flavors of ice cream to choose from. Definitely will be going back. Yes its open all year! They let you sample new flavors, and dont skimp on the portions. All homemade!! “My daughter had a play date and her new best friend lives near by this ice cream place, it's a hidden gem they prepared the rolled ice cream and the bubble crepes fresh right in front of you, you got to be a little patience as sometimes there is a line and the 2 servers is doing their very best to prepared all orders according to what received, we ordered Nutella rolled and strawberry banana crepes and both devoured by our kids and both loves it so much, my daughter already asking me to comeback so we can try a different ice cream menu, inside the place is organized and clean, both server is really helpful, I have no complaint with service and everything is delicious, we will definitely coming back soonest.“

“I came here because I love the Haagen Dazs Ice Cream brand that you buy at the store so I decided to come here they have a wide variety of flavors and I got the strawberry since that’s my favorite Haagen Dazs flavor the ice cream tasted good but it was really hard and did not taste as good as the pint it was still really good but it’s expensive so I wouldn’t go out of my way to come here“

The tapioca isn’t soft enough meaning it’s not chewy throughout, so it has a bit of a bite to it. Also, the boba is always mostly ice.“

She did happy birthday cakes, to streamers, to a gory unicorn cake that represented a Halloween theme. She is very fast handed and very detail oriented when it comes to making those cakes come to life! She also went over how she makes roses on cakes as well which as her least favorite part, was my favorite part. It was pretty fascinating and captivating learning more about the art of cakes! We also were able to see her role from cake making, to her customer service abilities. In my opinion she was pretty kickass! She is very spunky and very funny. Mike has cultivated a very positive workplace where they have fun with the job, which is what it should be about. My strongest advise is don’t knock it till you try it for yourself!
