“We went on a Saturday night as a group of seven to celebrate my husbands birthday. Even with a reservation, we waited about 40 minutes to be seated because the place was very packed. Once we were seated, and we enjoyed great service, the food was spectacular and everything just fell into place. We really enjoyed this place. We will definitely be coming back for another celebration or dinner. We highly recommend it and highly recommend that you make a reservation before you go.“

“Last night we celebrated my birthday with family at the Library. Our group was a total of 14, 10 adults & 4 kids (7,6,6,&4). I just want to start off by saying after reading some of the reviews I was nervous about going however past experiences overruled and I wanted to go and decide for myself WELL! I wasn’t wrong on my decision!! We arrived early my husband and I to get a drink at the bar before our family arrived. The bartender’s were very pleasant and right on top of things! Once the rest of our family arrived and after they got a drink we sat down. Our waitress was AMAZING! Remember I said there was 14 in our group, she made sure that everyone had what they needed and always checked on us. At one point after we all had our main meal the steaks( which were all cooked to perfection except one that needed to be cooked just a bit more) the manager came over to see how we were all doing. One thing I didn’t mentioned was the salad bar, besides the steaks the salad bar here was always my favorite I must say it did not disappoint! It was very well taken care of, and of course there was a variety of toppings, dressings, cheeses & breads! I know everyone has their own opinions and experiences but I would still recommend the Library II in Voorhees!!! Well done to all the staff!“

“Wonderful food from start to finish. Excellent service as well. It was Easter Day and they were very busy, had a 3:30 reservation and we were seated promptly. Did not wait on anything. Bread basket was marvelous, drinks were perfect. Dinner, the surf and turf, did not disappoint!“

“We had reservations for Easter dinner. I fully expected to have to wait for a table upon our arrival, however, they sat us immediately. Max was our server and was WONDERFUL! Service was fast, but we never once felt rushed. The food was delicious and prepared perfectly. Thank you, Max, and the rest of the staff of Season 52 for making our Easter dinner great experience.“

“VERY,VERY BUSY PLACE. I was by myself because I was on a business trip first night which was Friday and could not get a seat at the bar. So I opted to come back the next evening and got a seat. The bartenders were very friendly and very knowledgeable of what they were serving. Joked around and had a good time and seemed like their jobs. I got a ribeye steak with mashed potatoes. Those cooked perfection even when I asked them to make sure the steak was dry. I can always tell what kind of meat facility serves when you don't put anything like steak, butter or spices on it. You should not have to do that. And I'm telling you that the steak was a very prime, a good grade of steak. Overall, that atmosphere was great. A little dark for my taste but that's what you get when you go to a place like this. If you're going to visit here, plan to make sure that you see that they're going to be on a wait no matter what. Can't wait to go back. In fact, I'll probably be the one in Florida in a few weeks“

“Omg I forgot to rate this wonderful restaurant, I came here late on my birthday 3 wks ago unfortunately;due to Amazon delivering my outfit all late. So by the time we got dressed & had to get the babies ready. We didn't get to restaurant until about an hour b/4 they closed unfortunately. And the waitress was so nice, top tier customer service. We stayed until the last customer was about to leave so I told hubby to ask for doggy bags because I don't wanna be here while they're cleaning and be still eating because I know when I'm at work and it's time to close I don't want no customer staying late running me late to get home to my family lol. So she was so nice no attitude or anything and she was surprised we asked for a doggy bag and hurried up packed food up and paid and left. We made sure to give a big tip too because she deserved that!!! She probably thought we was gonna stay until we finish last bite. No we hate those type of folks lol. We will always come to this restaurant (much earlier of course.) Very professional and clean restaurant. Just amazing 💯 Thank you so much!!“

“Just got back from Kunkel’s for a double wedding anniversary celebration of ours and our son’s. It was a very enjoyable evening with excellent food and excellent service. Our two granddaughters came with us, and they instantly settled comfortably, thanks for the personal care tended by Denise, our server. We love this place for its unhurried atmosphere and for its timeless Americana ambience.“

“We will very much miss this restaurant when the entire chain closes at the beginning of April. My wife and I, as well as our friends, have enjoyed the food since the Cherry Hill restaurant first opened so many years ago. Closing the chain doesn't make sense. This place is always popular, especially at dinner time and new menu items are introduced each season. Caribbean themed restaurants are not plentiful, unlike the dozens of steak house and sports bar restaurants in the Darden's (the parent company) restaurant portfolio. I would love to reach out and shake some sense into the idiot that made the decision to close the chain, because clearly this person has no sense and or even cares. Our condolences to all the serving, cooking, and back of house staff. Good luck in your future endeavors and thanks for your years of service and great food.“
