The night was absolutely perfect. The grounds are beautiful and maintained perfectly. There are SOO many great spots for pictures. The Mansion was a fantastic place to get married!“

Not only was the staff so kind, fun, and positive, but their efficiency on serving the couple immediately and sticking to our timeline deserves praise. “My son and daughter-in-law got married at The Forum on October 11, 2025. Everything from the very first meeting with Anthony Stagliano was smooth and perfect. He understood the assignment and fulfilled it and then some. He went over and above what we expected. The entire staff at The Forum went above and beyond to make the day so special. Chef made the most incredible crudite table and cocktail hour spread you can ever imagine. The dinner was amazing, especially the flounder stuffed with crab cake. All of the food was freshly prepared and served. We received so many compliments from our guests about the food and venue in general. We are immensely thankful to the entire staff for making our day less stressful, while making sure every detail was perfect. Would highly recommend having a wedding here. You will not be disappointed.“

“We’ve been using Mirabella’s for at least 10 years for catering events and they’ve always been outstanding. We just had an event for 16 requiring finger food with gluten free options and once again, Chef Stephen did a terrific job. Everybody loved the bacon wrapped scallops, GF coconut shrimp, the chicken saltimbocca skewers, and the fruit skewers. The non GF people also enjoyed the pretzel sandwiches and pigs in a blanket. Prices are reasonable. We had to pick up the food and travel 2 hours with it and it was ready on time and he packed it up for easy transport. I can’t say enough about how easy he made it for us and how delicious everything was. Thank you Chef Stephen for making our affair a great one!“
“We hired Avasar Caterers for a graduation party. Gaurav and his team did an amazing job planning the event. Coordination was smooth from start to finish. Food was fresh and presented well. Corsons Steaks have brought authentic Philly cheese steaks, chicken cheese steaks, and melt in your mouth pork sandwiches to town.You may need a doggie bag as the portions are full. Fries are thick cut potatoes with skin. Mushrooms are chopped thick.American cheese standard. My advice, ask for provolone. Put broccoli on top for zing.Way to go Mark“

“I used Summit Catering for my wedding at the Estate at Eagle Lake in June 2026. They were absolutely fantastic to work with! Nina, who works with Summit Catering coordinated with us to personalize every detail of our wedding and was our day of coordinator. She was easy to contact, always responded quickly, and gave us her personal phone number to contact day or night. She made coordinating the food tasting easy and delicious. She guided us in making choices for the wedding that helped to elevate the experience without ever being pushy or feeling like an upsell. As the wedding approached and the weather threatened rain on our planned outdoor ceremony, Nina was phenomenal. For instance, she drove halfway across the state to buy a pop up tent for our violinist. She worked with me to come up with an indoor contingency plan that was amenable to me that included her needing to hire additional staff last minute. She accomplished all this seamlessly and at no additional cost to us. On the day of the wedding, working hand in hand with Nina, we watched the radar and held the wedding outside during a dry spell by moving up the ceremony time. All this was accomplished by Nina's meticulous organization and planning. The food at the wedding was fantastic. Friends and family kept complimenting the food and service. Memorable compliments included that the meat was like butter and that as soon as a guest put down their fork to stop eating that staff was ready to clear their plates. I was thrilled with the level of customer service they provided and would recommend Summit Catering to anyone planning a wedding. I would use them again to cater parties in the future as my preferred vendor“
