“I am a frequent customer at this West Caldwell location. I must say everyone is extremely pleasant and nice, especially a young gentleman by the name of Cam. He will always greet you with a smile. He’s friendly, personable, patient and takes pride in his work. He makes your bowl perfect.“

“This place is, with out a doubt, the best Acai/Chia pudding place I have ever been to. On top of that, the chia pudding recipe tis shop is using is something distinctly different from other chia pudding I've had. It's blue, and tastes far more awesome than normal chia pudding.I accidentally discovered this little shop while visiting a friend near Montclair. I live in NYC - caught a train to Montclair Bay St station, and wandered up the block from there looking for some treats to share with friends.Jackpot.I don't live near Montclair, and this location is not convenient to me. However, I now go out of my way to visit this shop whenever I'm passing through the nearby train line.Worth it.If you (please) bring boomchia to downtown Brooklyn, I would eat there everyday. As it stands I'll have to settle for once a week.“

“My wife and I had the most delightful experience at The Hidden Chickpea in Madison, NJ! ?✨ From the moment we stepped in, the cozy ambiance and friendly staff made us feel right at home. ?I ordered the MAD Burger ? - a true masterpiece featuring two smashed Beyond Burger patties, lusciously topped with red onion jam, vegan provolone, fresh lettuce, juicy tomato, all brought together with a rosemary garlic aioli. Served with a side of hand-cut fries ?, this burger was beyond belief! I was utterly amazed at how it rivaled traditional beef in both taste and texture. ??For sides, we indulged in the hummus and smashed sprouts - both were absolutely divine. ?? My wife opted for the Fonzi bowl, a delightful mix of quinoa, roasted zucchini, yellow squash, roasted red peppers, vegan feta, and beet aioli. She couldn't stop raving about it! ??The Hidden Chickpea is a gem for anyone seeking scrumptious vegan options that don't compromise on flavor or creativity. “As my first time at the store I was impressed with the service. Both associates were very attentive, quick and efficient with my order. I got the 8th Ave Acai Bowl with kiwi added to it. That bowl stood no chance against my spoon and stomach combo. Definitely will be looking for the local one in my area as I'm currently traveling out of state.“

“I've been to this restaurant twice now. It is absolutely amazing. I highly suggest their French pepperoni pizza. I also ate a steak which was cooked to perfection. The staff is so friendly and the owner Doug is very charming. I'm so happy I found this place.“

“PROS:- This place makes their bases (which they have numerous kinds of) right in front of you. It's not premade like Frutta Bowls or Playa Bowls. So you can customize it completely.- The portions are HUGE especially compared to Frutta Bowls. I much rather have more of the base (which is difficult to make at home) than the slices of fruit on top (which is easy to do at home).- Krystina and Shanel made our bowls and were so warm and patient -- explaining all of their options and even giving us free samples of their sugar free peanut butter which they grind right in front of you (this was the topping we chose -- highly recommend).- They even have a BOGO on Wednesdays if you use the app. You can bet we will be there again this week for it.CONS:- Acai bowls in general are not cheap. But I've made many acai bowls myself at home, and those 100% acai packets from Trader Joe's are a pain to open and work with. So, to me, the cost is well worth the hassle from making the base at home.We've found our new acai bowl spot in Livingston. Thank you for being here Rush Bowls =)“

“Come here often. Depending on the time it’s usually full of students. The Nutella açaí bowl never fails me. Only thing missing from here that others have are the bottled juices and health drink shots. I don’t know why they don’t have them here. Staff is okay.“

“The black community is blessed to have this health food store here....you can literally go into the store and tell the staff what is going on with your body or health and they have knowledge of what you should be taking to heal or slow down the process of what is going on with you and sometimes enhance more nutrients into your vessel. “At first glance it seems like a regular acai shop but it was so much more. When I first walked in, the vibe and atmosphere was so friendly and beachy which I absolutely loved! The walls were painted blue and there were painted palm trees. There were surfboards hung up on walls and on the ceiling (as decor obviously) and the menu was a super cool chalkboard with several different colors. There were so many options to choose off of the menu and you can even mix 2 bases if you cant pick. The available bases I can remember are acai, pitaya, chia pudding, kale, mango, coconut, and oatmeal (theres probably tons more!). I always go at least once a week to this place because it's THAT good! I have never tried something I didn't like. My go-to order is the 8th Ave Acai Bowl and the Flamingo Bowl (Pitaya Base) because they are just soooo good! They put granola at the bottom, then the base, then MORE GRANOLA, and bananas on top. The best thing though is the honey that they drizzle on top at the end. You can even buy their honey and granola separately for yourself to put it on whatever you'd like! The service is awesomd as well! They are so nice and helpful and they always make you feel welcome. The prices are a bit high for bowls but they're soooo worth it.“

“I'd heard good things about Montclair nutrition and decided to try it out. The vibes are set as soon as you step in the door the space is super trendy and playing cool music and decorated beautifully. I got the birthday cake shake which was absolutely delicious and the donuts which were absolutely insaneee. The more amazing part is that all of this taste so good and is low sugar and low fat but packed with protein...what kind of sorcery is this? If you're looking for a sweet treat that won't make you feel guilty after, definitely go to Montclair nutrition!“

“Nice bright space with large poke bowl portions. I went for the first time recently, having been to another local poke spot many times. While I enjoy both places, this one definitely won on portion, which was my main complaint about the other one (too small). A very nice surprise!Order at the counter or on their self-order screen. Counter order-taker was friendly and cheerful. Food came out within 5 minutes and I sat at a table in the window. Was the only one dining-in, although they were doing a decent pick-up business.I ordered the spicy bowl and it was excellent. It comes with a generous portion of spicy tuna, spicy kani (crab stick) and spicy shrimp over rice, cucumbers, jalapeño, seaweed and tobiko. It looks like the have a nice selection of appetizers, as well. I will try that and bring the family next time!“
