“Came in for lunch and our server Paola was the sweetest. She made me the most delicious Coconut Mojito. Food was delicious, fresh and perfectly seasoned.
I highly recommend if you want Colombian Food or soup this place will suffice.

“Even after living here so long, NJ remains full of surprises. Rosa's is a spot that feels impossible - in between two doors at the Toyota service center, they're serving food that tops most diners I've been to. It almost feels like it shouldn't exist. “Quick stop in after passing by so many times. Wanted check it out and to try the soup. Well...food looked so good and fresh decided to dine in for lunch special (which was being served all day today),let me tell you, best decision we made all day. Clean, nice seating, music not loud and dinner size portion. We both had a to go bag enough for dinner.
Waitress was pleasant. Service was quick. Overall a 10+
Definitely a return for breakfast.

“If you’re looking for quality Dominican food (done right), this is your spot. I got an order of oven-baked chicken with white rice and pinto beans and it was delicious. They also sell some fried foods like pastelitos (empanadas) and sorullos (cornmeal sticks) and they always hit. Love coming here when I’m craving Dominican food.“

“The service at the place is very good, the waitresses are always waiting to see if you need anything, but if you arrive at times when there is too much attention, they don't have it, due to the amount of people, the rest is fine. The atmosphere is calm and you can enjoy your food peacefully. The food is very good, the menus are varied and the à la carte dishes are very well served and well prepared. The onion, for example, is very good!! This is the place I go if I feel like one!!“

“April 21 we had our mother Birthday 🥳 dinner here and the service was excellent! The portions of the delicious food were large. All of the employees were friendly and sang to my mother and she cried happy tears. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to everyone I know. Thank you for making my mother so happy. “Exceptional customer service and the entrees were superb. Our servers were both excellent, Andres and Vivian and their hunky manager, whose name we did not catch. The drinks were very well made, with nice presentation. My wife, Patricia, had a Coconut Mojito and I had two Lemon Martinis (well blended) refreshing and tasty. Order the Calamari as an appetizer. Our entrees were the salmon and the cheese steak. Everything was prepared with a Columbian flare! Ole! You and a culinary delight.“

“Food and hospitality is very comforting which keeps me going back. Portions are reasonable and the flavors of each dish is unique to the individual palate. i love the pernil being they provide a bitesize skin which is phenomenal. The bbq chicken is a must try and the beef in sauce with potatoes is great dish!
The place is quaint for lunch and highly recommend at least once.“

“Made reservations at this restaurant for lunch after a funeral for 23 people. We pre-ordered a buffet style lunch. The food was delicious. The chef even came out to serve and make sure we were OK.
Cons: the food was not on steam tables, only sitting on tables, so it got cold fast.
The restrooms needed a good scrubbing.
It was a small restaurant.
Parking lot was small.
Overall a good experience. The food was delicious and service was great.“

“Good, sturdy fare that was delicious and clearly made with care.The beans looked and tasted house-made, and they were great. The chicken burrito was lovingly plated in the to -go container, and still retained almost all of it's charisma by the time I got it back.It was all really delicious and the price was very reasonable.
