“This is such a cozy cute place to grab some sushi! We did the all you can eat sushi, every single one we tried was amazing. Everything tasted fresh especially the raw fish! “I wish I took before pictures of our food. We stopped in after a very long day out and about and the food was so good that we left feeling energized. We got the ocean roll, pork buns, tonkotsu ramen and a spicy tuna onigiri. Everything was delicious!!

The ocean roll was fresh and tasty, the pork buns were just delicious, the ramen was so so amazing- the pork was tender, the broth was so flavorful and all the add ins just did wonders for the the flavor and the spicy tuna onigiri was hands down one of the best we’ve had.

The service was also great! The staff was so friendly and the atmosphere of the restaurant was on par and so cute! We cannot wait to come back and are so happy we found our new go to spot 🤗

My little sister usually gets her California and shrimp tempura rolls. I get the rainbow roll and the O.M.G roll but everything we've tried is crazy good. “I must say this was probably the best sushi I've had. Great 'little' place, two, extremely kind, owners work the restaurant. I had the Tsunami Roll, my daughter had Shrimp Tempura and Pink Lady Rolls, and ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT!! We had one of each Mochi (4), Strawberry, Coconut, Green Tea and Mango...delicious! I would HIGHLY recommend this restaurant, great food, service and relaxing place, very nice ownership with great pride in their business.“

“I had such a great experience at Butterfish! The food was incredibly delicious and presented beautifully. I loved the truffle sashimi, yellowtail ceviche, salmon buratta, and the butterfish spoon appetizers! I also loved the grab rolls which were served with seaweed paper which allowed you to grab each piece. This was the most unique sushi experiences I've had! “Sarku has been a staple of food courts for as long as I can remember. To be honest, the sushi is really good! We ordered at the front and they made it fresh on the spot. The chicken teriyaki is also very satisfying if you want a healthier option for lunch, it comes with rice and mixed vegetables.“

And guess what? It’s BYOB! #winning However, it’s first come first serve and really fills up on the weekends, so plan accordingly. Decor is no great shakes but not what you are here for. The food here is great . They have creative sushi menu.there is so many exotic rolls you can choose and they offer kids menu .
We ordered the sushi pizza, sushi love boat ,sweet heart roll gyoza and Thai calamari. Everything tested fresh.all very delicious. The service was attentive and friendly.By the way it’s BYOB.

“We've been meaning to to try so many of the new restaurants in the area. We finally got here for a late lunch today. Not surprisingly on a Thursday at 2PM and snowing, we had the place to ourselves. It was fortunate because the woman who took care of us explained everything to us in detail. I wasn't familiar with the Kurobuta pork. Apparently it's known as the, "Kobe beef of pork." All their pork come from Berkshire pigs. They come from a farm in Jersey. I'm guessing North Jersey. (Lot's of cool info if you Google them) Cooking is done using White charcoal which is used in traditional Japanese cooking. We started with the crispy cauliflower. It had crispy shallots & tahini vinegarette on them. They were delicious! Then the Shanghai bao. Filling was pork. (naturally) So delicious and juicy! When you slice them in half watch for the juice to squirt! We ordered six skewers. Two with pork jowel (cheek) Two regular pork and two fish. Again, delicious. i also had a bowl of spicy miso ramen. Our server explained how the broth is simmered for eight hours with pig bones and marrow. I could tell as the broth was very rich! That was it for us. We were both very full and i even took half of my ramen. We can't wait to return and bring friends! Highly recommend! ✌️“

“This place is our go-to sushi spot since 2019. We’ve tried almost every place in Fair Lawn/Ridgewood/Glen Rock but we anyways return here.Food has never disappointed - consistent and tasty.
