“Reviewed mainly for Bubble Tea :
- Flavor: Extensive selection with seasonal variety available. I usually get the Chai or Oolong Milk Tea. The tea used in the milk tea is pleasantly strong but can sometimes be a bit watery instead of a smooth milk tea. Seasonal flavors tend to be hit or miss. Because the teas can be hit or miss, you'll likely default to a couple drinks you like rather than want to experiment too often.
- Boba: Generous amount of Boba with a pleasantly elastic chew. The boba rarely clump which make for a pleasant drink experience but the sweetness of the boba can cause a sweet drink to be a bit too sweet. Regardless, the boba has a nice inherent flavor.
- Price: Meets what I consider the average price (7-8$, 2025).
- Overall - A very solid bubble tea place that I have been frequenting for several years when in the area. It is a nice bubble tea for regular visits but doesn't quite set the standard for a bubble tea shop you'd actively go out of the way for.

- Extra - Despite the extensive menu, it's limited space means it's selection pales in comparison to other established shops or kiosks of the Kung-Fu tea franchise. The kiosk location is also interesting and the staff are courteous,“

“This is a nice GC store with space available for dine-in. The looks clean and cozy. They have several board games available too for guests to play while waiting or handing out in the store. They also have a small merchandise shelf that has unique GC products.

The menu had all of the popular drinks. We ordered the strawberry milk tea with bubbles and black tea through the kiosk. The drinks were ready in couple of minutes. Both drinks were really tasty. Bobas were soft and chewy too.

There was only one associate at the store but he was managing all the orders efficiently. Did a wonderful job with the strawberry milk tea. I have never seen anyone put the strawberry syrup so nicely all around the cup. It looked so nice and I had shake it so many to mix it with the milk.“

“This was the BEST bubble tea I've ever had! I had the fruit fusion tea with tapioca and it was delish! It had tiny pieces of FRESH apples and oranges in it. “KF tea has good quality tea from Taiwan. I love the amorous smell and taste of black tea. They have many options, green tea, fruit tea etc. All are good.

Toppings are bubbles, nata jelly, red bean, mung bean, herbal jelly & pudding. I like nata jelly.

“I recently checked out this local Chinese spot and I’m honestly pretty excited about it. It’s great to find a place where you can get all the dishes we usually crave in one convenient spot. The bubble teas here are also very good and refreshing.

The pork soup dumplings are tasty and hold their own compared to some of the best I’ve had. The braised beef noodle soup is rich and comforting, while the bao chicken is flavorful and satisfying.

Portions are generous for the price, which makes it a solid value overall. The restaurant itself is modern and clean, giving off a nice vibe. Just a heads up though, it’s not really the best spot for parties larger than 6 people. But for smaller groups or casual meals, it’s a winner.“

“From the start from when we first walked in, the place smelled heavenly of fried chicken. The restaurant was clean and had no odor except the delicious smell of fried chicken. We were there at 5:30. The service was friendly and my husband and I were even told about the plastic glove that the napkins and fork were wrapped in when the guy behind the counter handed us our food. She whisked the hojicha right in front of me so I know it’s authentic. So affordable which is hard to find good boba places that don’t charge extra for milk alternatives or boba!! “Ordered from here for the first time. Got unagi don and the sashimi deluxe. Both came with miso soup. I asked for substitutions in fish and they gave me exactly what I asked for. The sashimi was good for the most part, the salmon was the best part, melted in my mouth and delicious. The other fish were good too. The unagi don was good but a bit too salty, so that was a little disappointing. I haven't tried the miso soup yet.“
