“Hands down the best catering experience I’ve ever had. The team at M’Tucci’s catering helped me put a menu together for my wife’s 40th birthday celebration when I had no idea what to do! Mia was especially helpful in this area and she crushed it! I went with her recommendations on amounts, appetizers and entrees and it was perfect! Joseph, and Tonya Were also especially helpful in the office with everything else having to do with what was next and other logistical help. Finally, the setup team comprised of Stephanie and Darrell were right on time. They setup all the food in a thoughtful manner, made it look fantastic. Not only that, but they came back to get it all the same night after the event was over! I had a picture in my mind of how my wife’s birthday celebration was supposed to go, and M’Tucci’s catering team (especially those listed) EXCEEDED those expectations! “The prefix meal at Seasons last night was AMAZING!! We went in as a party of 8 on a tight timeline. The entire staff was present, but not overwhelming. They gave us time to enjoy our meal without rushing. There was enough staff present to serve everyone's 4 courses at exactly the same time. This ranged from Steaks cooked MR - MW, chicken, fish: all served at the same time. This is a very difficult task to manage for the kitchen and the staff. Almost no restaurants can or will do this. The food was all scrumptious and the deserts were delightfully prepared and plentiful - rarely achieved in a prefix. 5 stars to Season on this special Valentine's meal. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“
“Special Touch catered our daughter's wedding this spring at a local Episcopal cathedral for 115 people. Since I was the wedding planner by default, I was a bit nervous about the reception. SPT was able to obtain all of the linen and table rentals necessary to present a beautiful dinner for the reception. Tamera and I had phone calls and an in-person meeting to make sure all the details were covered. The pre-dinner celebration featured delicious appetizers and a festive non-alcoholic punch, infused water and lemonade and they brought a bartender to handle beer and wine service. The food was delicious and attractively presented. Special Touch left the commercial kitchen better than they found it, ready for the next event.“

And the food was delish 😋 ⭐️HER & I CATERING⭐️ catered our Baby Shower & the food was amazing! We received compliments from all the guests & we are also highly pleased. “We just visited this spot after many years of first trying them in Lubbock TX at the Holiday Happening event. The Timmy Krack corn really is krack lol it is so dang good. So many different flavors and all delicious. Chocolate and brittle is amazing too. The owners and staff are super friendly and professional. They did right by me after an overcharge that I overlooked initially and went back to fix. Definitely recommend all their products. Will make it a point to stop in on all our future ABQ visits. Support local!“

“This place is a gem and I encourage ABQ to support it! Ethiopian food is amazing, and unfortunately being a small town, Albuquerque doesn’t have a lot of diversity in its restaurants scene. Having recently lived in DC for 15 years, I quickly learned that Ethiopian food is one of my favorites. Seble, the owner, is wonderful. The menu is set each week, so your choices will be decided for you, but I have never been disappointed whether it was vegetarian night (Friday’s) or regular meat-included Saturdays. I’m hoping they can grow, but we need to make sure we patronize this wonder little restaurant.“

Their home bread is a little sweet and moist, almost like a cake!
Had their sirloin stake and everything on the plate came perfectly cooked. Stake was perfectly pink just how I wanted it, vegies were grilled perfectly and the mashed potatoes were awesome. I eat the plate clean!!!!

They also have tacos for $16 and briskets platters at reasonable prices. The stake plate was $30. With the location and view it was totally worth it! Coming back again, next time I visit (Hopefully with Family, next time :) )“

“We have lived overseas for almost a decade now, so we haven't been to a schlotzky's in years. The food is okay, but not as we remember. The music is great, the restaurant is clean. The people working seemed a little confused and they didn't understand when we asked for vinegar for our sandwiches. Luckily Kalvin overheard and made sure to bring it to our table and it saved the night. We didn't think we'd want to come back again bc of disappointment, but his accommodation, consideration, and kindness made us reconsider. He went above and beyond“
