“The food is fantastic. We had chicken and pork pate chauds. We also split a #1 bon mi sandwich which was delicious. The bread and ingredients are super fresh. Very crowded (I'm sure due to the great food). Order your food, find a seat and wait for your number to be called. Not a long wait considering the place was packed. They do a lot of phone in orders and pick ups.“

“My husband, our 5-month-old, and I stopped by on Sunday morning for our first visit. There was a short line at the door, but it moved very quickly. The shop is small, so only about 3–5 people can be inside at a time, but we actually enjoyed that because it made the experience feel more like a private viewing of the pastries. There were at least 20 different items available, and everything looked absolutely amazing. We decided to try four things this time—one savory option and three sweets: a sticky bun, a donut, a pavlova, and a savory puff pastry. “I have lived in the area for four years and have never visited. I finally dropped in this week to order a sandwich. Unfortunately, they stop serving sandwiches after 5 PM. However, they were super gracious and offered me a generous sample of bread with delicious honey butter. I purchased their blue ribbon, blueberry coffee cake, which was reasonably priced as as well as delicious. It was frankly the best pastry I’ve ever had in the city. In addition to their friendly service and delicious bread and pastries, they also have a great selection of mustard, honey, as well as pancake mix and all sorts of other goodies. I will definitely be back for sandwiches at a reasonable hour. I highly recommend this place.“

“We got there just before closing and it smelled delicious. The owner was putting things up for the day but brought out the pastries for us to pick from. We bought the cross between the croissant and blueberry muffin, cinnamon roll and pistachio croissant. They were all so good and Shawn was a remarkable business owner. Even if you have to go out of your way, if you are any where around Albuquerque stop in Old Town and get a delightful pastry made from one of the best pastry chef around. I cant wait to go back.
