(I ordered a chocolate chip cookie with my meal in the app, and I always put “please substitute for anything” in the notes). They were out of chocolate chip, and they gave me an extra of a different cookie with a sweet little note. “Oh my gosh. I just ate at this place for the very first time 2 days ago. I drive past this place at least once a week and I've been meaning to stop in for the last several YEARS but never did (just kept forgetting). A friend mentioned to me how good this place was a few days back and I decided that's it I have to go to this place NOW. So I finally stopped by and got the Chipotle Panini. I took one bite and I about passed out it was SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO GOOD!!! And the banana peppers give it that little extra kick to perfection!!! I can't wait to try everything else on their menu!!!!!! YUMMY!!!!“

“Everything at this location was great.My problem with Firehouse Subs is their rewards program. After amassing a large amount of credit the app stopped working and multiple attempts to remedy the problem have failed.I happened to catch the District Manager at this location today. He agreed to check into the problem and text me back. Here is his reply, "Hi Robert. Here is what my corporate contact sent me:'.... unfortunately we don’t have a live person he can talk to. The app utilizes a chat bot as soon as you click the contact us option."'Firehouse Subs' rewards program is controlled by a third party entity. I think that if the folks controlling the rewards program can not be reached and I lose all my acquired credits I will exercise my right to take my business elsewhere.My Jersey Mike's app still works just fine. “Great choice when ur in the mood for a Sub!!! Staff is friendly. Atmosphere is great. Crystal, the GM I think, came over and said hi and made sure we were being taken care of, which we were! Def going back!! Crystal also talked to me about the catering side of things and those options once she found out I was the GM of a local business. Will definitely have to check out the catering as we do lunch for the company every Saturday 🙌🙌👊👊. Highly recommend 😎😎“

“I normally wouldn’t write a review for a subway but went to this location instead of the normal one I go to on work break. The two dudes working looked extremely young, but let me tell ya, these guys are cranking. So polite, so focused and overall just the best subway experience I’ve had. One of the best fast food experiences I’ve had. These dudes couldn’t have been much older than 17 and give me hope on the younger generation. Well done. They deserved props. If I owned this location I’d be super comfy knowing these guys are holding it down.“

“Warmly greeted as I entered. Front counter help was friendly, offered good recommendations and suggestions that upgraded the sandwich without additional cost to the order. I ordered 1/2 sandwich and soup. The Rancher Chicken Bacon sandwich with added veggies was very well made. The Broccoli Cheddar soup tasted very good. Tables were not all wiped down and some of those were overly wet from recent cleaning. It is however a nice place to have a mid-day meal away from the office or as a simple outing. The use of coupons (digital point system) made this visit an affordable yet very tasty meal. Solid 4 ⭐ this visit.

Parking: Parking is shared with an entire commercial center but you can get lucky enough to park right in front of the store.“

“This subway is one of the best I have ever been too. The sandwiches actually look like the photos and the staff are exceptionally kind and helpful. Whenever I drive through ABQ I always make it a point to stop in at this subway. 10/10 will come again!“

“When I was stranded I stopped by to grab something to eat/drink and the manager helped with a cookie and an Uber to get home. (It was like 1½ miles away). There are a few great people left in this world that's for sure. Thank you for not judging me!!“

“This sandwich shop is always very consistent and I guess for me that's the most important thing. I'm a Turkey ranch sandwich guy and always the same taste the same flavor, and that's just what I need to taste in the food that I ordered. Staff is always on top of it, and get your orders out quick, and are always very friendly.“

“Cheba Hut has 3 locations, and they're all excellent. The toasted subs are unique and loaded with so much meat and veggies that you get yumminess in every bite. The Garlic Bread is awesome. If you ever get the chance, I would highly recommend this place anytime. Plus they're open late.“

“Ordered a veggie subs and it was a delight! Jose Changed his gloves when I wanted a veggie delight, he also used a bread only knife. That type of consciousness about others diets and respect for customers goes a long way. If you are a vegetarian or have food restrictions I suggest his subway. The veggies are fresh and they don’t make you feel any sort of way to order non meat.“

“God forbid you don’t know your bread’s… because a certain female doesn’t educate you on them, she just gets upset and serves you with a mad face the rest of your visit. Awful energy, just because you are unsure of what bread to use.“

“I come a few times a week, almost always my food is well prepared, but the girl who sometimes serves me looks angry all the time, she never smiles, she is a little rude to the customers. At least that has been my experience when she is in the place.“
