“What a wonderful Cafe owned by a lovely family who are happy and give great service. They were busy with the breakfast crowd but we didn't mind the wait and our delicious food came really fast. My hubby said the coffee was very good. It was a treat to have sopapillas since it has been while. It's a very clean and well run business. 5+ stars from us traveling from Nebraska to Arizona. Stop in and enjoy it yourself.”

“I ordered a large pizza thinking it would be eight slices but it was like 16 and I also got 14 wings with it and seven of them were barbecue and seven of them were garlic something and they were so good. Every time I go through Gallup New Mexico I always stop here. It is absolutely one of my favorites for sure and I 1000% recommend people to go there”

Food here is beyond awesome. The bread was delicious and everything was fresh and plentiful. Do NOT order a footlong because they pile these high haha. They certainly aren’t stingy with the ingredients

Our delicious order of Mango Habanero wings.. Teriyaki wings…Jalapeño burger and small order of fries that really looked like a huge order of fries were served quickly and were AMAZING! Our wonderful waitress did an excellent job of taking care of us along with the chef who cooked our fantastic food to perfection! 505 Burgers & Wings is DEFINITELY WORTH the drive! “I have commented some years before about this place. The Menudo then was out of this world but with the changings that have happened, the taste is not there as before. The fullness of the flavor is weak. The times that I have been there, the beef tripe is hardly in the servings, very small pieces. The price you pay for is more for the posole. I hate to say but as being a cook myself, the cook that was there before made it really good compared to now. The service is good thought.”

“Last November my husband and I happened La Barraca when we stayed in Gallup while on a roadtrip. With plenty of cars outside and locals inside, we had an enjoyable, delicious meal and great, friendly service. we made a point of stopping in Gallup for the night so we could return. We were not disappointed. Between us had enchiladas with beef and red chili, tamale, a tostada, a taco and sapapilla. The food was hot and tasty with just the right amount of spicy heat. The service was attentive, efficient and friendly. When the clerk at the hotel asked how we had enjoyed our dinner, she said she likes to go there for lunch with her mother, and that the owner is a great cook who produces consistently food. We agree!”

“I was traveling through town to Las Vegas and stopped for an overnight in Gallup. My traveling buddy saw that there was a pool tournament, so we decided to give it a go. Everyone there, from the patrons to the staff, were incredibly friendly and welcoming. There's a full bar and the pool tables that they just recovered. The tables played great. Had a great time!”

“After a wild hangover, I went to the restaurant on a Saturday afternoon and ordered a large menudo but they were out, however, they made me a new batch from scratch and it was delicious. Some restaurants just say they are out and that’s it. La Carreta apologized for the wait to get it done but I didn’t mind one bit and enjoyed the chips and salsa in the meantime. That was excellent customer service. The food is exquisite. Try it out if you get a chance.”

“Wow! I dont think I have EVER experienced customer service as good as this in Gallup. Patterson and Charmayne delivered stellar customer service that made our visit to Subway extra enjoyable. They made us feel like a mullion bucks when we walked in. Nothing we asked was beyond them or something they couldn't do for us. “Only ordered takeout so just 5 stared atmosphere. But I did look around when I went into pick up food and it looked really nice. They did try charging me $4 extra when I picked it up VS. what they told me in phone but manager came& fixed that.”

“A decent Chinese buffet restaurant. Numerous choices. The sushi is made fresh and is tasty.
Excellent service.
My one critic, it was pricier than I expected at almost $24 per person for a Sunday dinner. (I'm told that is the new normal)
I go to a buffet for the choices and not to fill plate after plate.”
