“I admit I am that person that goes in at 9pm wanting two extra large teas. The staff are always so gracious, friendly and accommodating, going so far as to apologize that they have to make a new pot. Like OH NO fresh tea?? I sincerely apologize back because I know the pita I am being. Thanks as always!!“

“Favorite spot for a quick coffee and snacks whenever I go for shopping in Bedford Commons. If you're looking for a comfortable spot with great coffee and treats, this Tim Hortons is definitely worth a visit. Huge seating area. The Staff is friendly but need to be little more focused on the waiting times, sometimes it takes too long to place an order.

Parking: Very convenient location, plenty of parking spots“

“Couple nights ago I accidentally drove my car up on the curb which jutted out into the parking lot. It was very dark and I was distressed and embarrassed. The manager, Marc, was about to leave when he kindly came over to offer help and a coffee. He carefully backed my car off the curb for me and then got me a donut (I already had coffee). He was so kind and understanding. I’m very grateful to him for his kindness. Thank you Tim’s.“

“Today i was unable to use my points to redeem for a bagel. Even after redownloading the app the issue was not resolved. Then the store manager took the responsibility and offered me her points to use.
I really appreciate her efforts for solving this issue.
