“I had the pleasure of attending a private event hosted at the Mellow Mug last Friday night. As a first-time visitor, I found it to be a very welcoming space, from the decor to the seating. I think I was lucky to be attending an event after hours, when I believe their stock in baked goods to be low. As it was, I had difficulty narrowing my choice down past 3 items. I can just imagine the increased difficulty it would have been first thing in the morning with a full complement of goodies. The very friendly staff helped me to narrow my choice to one and if the cookie I ate was an example of the high quality of their baked goods, then I am grateful that I live half an hour away and not around the corner. The selection of drinks offered was also amazing and I look forward to visiting again during their regular hours.“

“What a great spot! Such friendly staff, and a wonderful variety of baked goods, lunches, coffees, slushies, and of course, caramels! My daughter and I had the best cheese toasties we have ever had 🤤, the Lure latte was very yummy and not too sweet, and the kids' sized slushy was the cutest, most perfect size. We enjoyed sitting outside, and of course had to test a caramel, as well (again: SO yummy and not overly sweet). We'll be back for sure! Thanks again! 🥰“

“I’ve always had a great experience at Tim Hortons! The coffee is consistently fresh and smooth, and their classic Double Double never disappoints. The staff are friendly and quick, even during the busy morning rush. I also really enjoy their breakfast sandwiches and baked goods – the Timbits are a perfect treat for sharing. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, making it a great spot to catch up with friends or just relax with a cup of coffee. Definitely one of my go-to places for a quick and satisfying meal or snack.“

“Shout out to the friendly staff and helpful owner at this Tim’s! I placed a very large order for a meeting that was to be picked up at a peek time of day. My order changed a number of times and it wasn’t a problem at all. Went to pick up the order and the owner was there to greet me, everything ready to go . Even assisted me in taking items to the meeting location! Baked goods were delicious while coffee and tea were hot. All condiments provided making the process seamless for me. Most impressive, they provided a milk alternative . Will certainly be stoping at this location again!“

“I love the Coffee Pro! <3 They have the absolute best selection of K-cups I've seen. I recently switched to decaf pods and they carry a wide selection of flavoured coffee which I love. So many goodies in store from syrups to candles to other amazing local gifts. Must stop in Bedford. :)“

“Decided to make a quick dinner stop at this Tim’s on our way out of the City and was in a bit of a hurry but my 7-year old needed the restroom so we went inside instead of the drive thru. Wow. What a bright, clean restaurant. We ordered our pizzas from friendly and helpful Yasmeen, and thinking it would take a while, visited the restrooms. Wow, again. Very clean! And, our order was waiting for us when we came out! Deliciously hot cheese and pepperoni pizza that my daughter said was even better than mine! Won’t hesitate to return to this location. It’s a bit out of the way but worth the stop!“

“I stop by the Tim Hortons at Beaver Bank and Glendale fairly often, and I’ve noticed a real improvement lately. The staff are more upbeat, the service is faster, and overall it just feels more organized than it used to.

My coffee’s been fresh every time, and the food (usually a bagel or wrap for me) is made properly and served quickly, even when it’s busy. It used to be hit or miss, but lately they’ve been a lot more consistent.

There’s definitely been a positive change here, and it shows. It’s a solid spot now, and I’ll keep coming back.

“Great location with a lot of place to park. Depending on the time of day you go, the lines will be super long for the drive-thru. When the lines are super long the service inside kind of slows down but it may still make sense to go inside if the line is super long.I usually grab breakfast when it's in a slow period.
