“Had a nice brunch here. Coffee was better than you’d expect from a cafe like this and lots of little “homemade” touches like jam and I think hot sauces that made the meal extra! Great place!”

“We had an excellent dinner at Bite. The stuffed peppers, cauliflower and halibut tacos were all delicious. There are so many more amazing entrees to try. The bartender, Benjamin was so friendly, fun and made us wonderful cocktails. Our night was made even more special by meeting Kenneth, the Chef. He was so friendly and gracious. We were able to tell him directly how amazing each of our entrees were. We highly recommend Bite for an excellent dining experience, and will definitely going back there again when we are in Tahoe.”

“Amazing meal! Braised short ribs, black garlic seared cod were both delicious. Salads were top shelf. But the surprise hit of our night was the Turnip Almond Bisque. The bisque was thick, rich, and so delicious. I was not expecting it to be the thing we talked about most after the meal. So much great food. Cannot wait to go back.”

“We ate here for dinner this evening. Family of 4. We decided on the pre-fixed menu (Only available certain nights of the week) for the adults and the kids had the spaghetti with lots of the complimentary bread. We absolutely loved our meals! The pre-fix menu was definitely enough to fill you up. I also had the Starlight (gin cocktail) and it was so good (I’m very picky too about my cocktails). We are staying on site so it was nice to not have to drive somewhere and still get a well prepared meal. Definitely recommend eating here!

“Mozzarella sticks and barbecue/medium wings were perfect and cheap compared to most restaurants and the entrees were great too. We had the $14.49 gyros, $22.99 fish and chips, and the $13.99 wagyu sliders (which tasted a tiny bit overcooked) but besides that all tasted great! Nice empty dog friendly outside patio by the creek with many picnic tables and a big table for 12. Service was very fast.”

“We ordered two cauliflower crust pizzas and a salad for pick up. The cauliflower crust was not an option on the online menu so submitted the order verbally via phone. I figured the cauliflower crust would cost more but I almost fell over when picked up the pizza and told it was $71! Really not sure why I didn't just walk out and tell them to stick the pizza. At this crazy price, I expected an exceptional pizza however, it was anything but. First of all, it was NOT cauliflower pizza crust! Second, it was cold and the crust was hard, with very little sauce. Extremely disappointing.... pass on this overpriced garbage!”

“Thai Recipe is the only Thai option in Incline Village unless you’re up for a 30-minute drive to Truckee. Some of their dishes are truly delicious. My favorite is the eggplant with beef. The Pad Thai, in my opinion, is just average.

Their weekday lunch specials are a great deal, and the ambience is warm with authentic Thai décor. The service is generally good, though the staff can be a bit stretched since they’re often very busy. While they may not always be the most attentive or friendly, the food makes up for it.

All in all, Thai Recipe does a solid job of satisfying a Thai craving while you’re at the lake.”

“The food is amazing and authentic. We enjoyed the lovely lamb korma and the delicious chicken goan curry and the allo gobi. Portions were generous and if we could have eaten more we would have. Mango Lassi at the end capped the rich and bright flavors. Next time, I have to save room for dessert!!!”
