“If I could give this place 10 stars I would. I was in town with a friend to see the Eagles and we wanted an amazing dinner the night before. We googled unique dining experience and this one stood out. When I say it didn’t disappoint I’m not exaggerating. I have dined at many Michelin rated restaurants all over the world and this was a favorite that I will return to. We did the tasting menu with the wine pairings. The pairings were spot on perfect and very unique (think sparkling sake ). The entire staff was both friendly and informative giving us a little history of each of the wines. It’s about a 10 minute ride from the strip and very much worth it. The only thing I would have done differently was start with one of their amazing looking craft cocktails . We will absolutely return.“

“I traveled solo to Las Vegas this week and had this restaurant on my foodie bucket list. I sat at the bar because that’s where individual people can sit in the restaurant. There were plenty of seats, and everyone, especially the bartenders were kind and attentive. The food, of course was phenomenal.“

“Carson Kitchen is a gem in downtown Las Vegas that combines urban charm with elevated comfort food. It's ideal for foodies or those looking for a casual yet innovative meal in Las Vegas. The menu is all about creative spins on classic dishes. Crowd favorites include the Devil’s Eggs served with caviar, the Short Rib Steak served with pepperoncini pesto, and the Hotdog Burnt Ends which may sound strange, but is definitely worth a try. Also, I highly recommend the Black rice and Oxtail Risotto - it's my personal favorite.“

We visited Spago on our honeymoon, and it gave us some of the best memories of our trip.

We were deeply impressed by Julian’s kindness and service, and if we ever visit Vegas again, we will definitely come back.
Both the food and the service were absolutely outstanding.

“Unforgettable Dining at STK – Cosmopolitan Las Vegas I had the absolute pleasure of dining at STK inside The Cosmopolitan today at 6 PM, and it was truly one of the best steakhouse experiences I’ve ever had. I started with the Caesar salad and the maple-glazed bacon appetizer—both incredible. The Caesar was crisp and perfectly balanced, while the bacon was thick-cut, smoky, and sweet with just the right amount of richness to get the evening started right. For entrées, I ordered both the Australian Wagyu Flat Iron and the A5 Japanese Wagyu, and let me just say—wow. The Australian Wagyu was deeply flavorful, tender, and beautifully marbled. But the A5? Next level. Melt-in-your-mouth perfection with layers of buttery umami that left a lasting impression. What made the experience truly unforgettable was the service. Kristen, my server, was exceptional—attentive, knowledgeable, and warm. She elevated the entire evening with her grace and professionalism. And a huge thank you to Antonio, the GM, who personally came by to check in. He was kind, welcoming, and hands down one of the best GMs I’ve encountered anywhere. His leadership and care for the guest experience are clearly reflected in every part of the restaurant. STK at The Cosmopolitan is more than a meal—it’s a full-sensory experience that blends upscale dining with vibrant energy. If you're in Vegas, this is a must. 5 stars. “One of my favorite lunch spots whether dining solo or with friends. The banana bread is too good -especially with the whipped butter and honey. Their wine by the glass prices are exceptional and the 20 Rows cab is delicious. I admit to getting the same Med grain bowl every time - at least once a month - but it is just such an excellent combo of tasty ingredients. Love the service and attentive waitstaff. If you can get Samantha's section, that's always a bonus.“

“I've only had them on Uber eats I had the west indies chicken sandwich which was really delicious but let me say right now the maria orosa burger is the best burger I've had in my life. I've had high end expensive AF burgers but this burger is one of the best things I've ever eaten. Even after being transported in to go containers their fries are amazing and even their ketchup is better it's like sweeter idk. Everyone needs to drop what they're doing and get this burger I've ordered it twice now in the past 12 hrs ITS THAT GOOD. And I'm a fat girl so I don't play about my food.“

“I recently visited Gordon Ramsay's restaurant, and overall, it was a memorable experience. The presentation and attention to detail were exactly what you'd expect from a Ramsay establishment thoughtful and full of flavor. The Beef Wellington was cooked perfectly, and the sticky toffee pudding easily lived up to the hype. The tomato bisque was exquisite, the shrimp and steak was fabulously cooked to perfection.At the last hour of the wedding we turned it into a Halloween costume party since our wedding was so close to Halloween.
