“If I could give this place 10 stars I would. I was in town with a friend to see the Eagles and we wanted an amazing dinner the night before. We googled unique dining experience and this one stood out. When I say it didn’t disappoint I’m not exaggerating. I have dined at many Michelin rated restaurants all over the world and this was a favorite that I will return to. We did the tasting menu with the wine pairings. The pairings were spot on perfect and very unique (think sparkling sake ). The entire staff was both friendly and informative giving us a little history of each of the wines. It’s about a 10 minute ride from the strip and very much worth it. The only thing I would have done differently was start with one of their amazing looking craft cocktails . We will absolutely return.“

“Marissa was our waitress today on St Patrick’s day. She did an amazing job taking care of us. I can tell she works hard and keeps her cool when things get busy. You’re lucky to have her. The food was outstanding, I had the special corn beef and hash. We love this place.“

Crowd favorites include the Devil’s Eggs served with caviar, the Short Rib Steak served with pepperoncini pesto, and the Hotdog Burnt Ends which may sound strange, but is definitely worth a try. Also, I highly recommend the Black rice and Oxtail Risotto - it's my personal favorite.“

Only issue was a very loud , perhaps over served obnoxious guest few tables away. I know manager can't control people's manners, but perhaps comment to guests if they are so so loud. Wolfgang shines here which is a plus given so many sub par celebrity restaurants. Will return“

“It's been a while since I've been here, but Fine left a great impression - open all day in Downtown Summerlin, with brunch on the weekends and "fine time" (AKA happy hour) during the week.

They're known of their banana bread, so get an order for the table to share if you come in for brunch. I really enjoyed their savory items like the burger, salt and pepper shrimp, and steak and eggs (with harissa chimmi churri). They put interesting spins on classic dishes, and their seafood dishes are really good too - get the crudo if it's available.

I recently heard that the original chef, Roy Ellamar, has left - I am a bit nervous to revisit but hopeful that they can stay consistent, since they were one of the highlights in DTS that isn't a chain.“

Is the best in town, hands down! He is friendly, carries on great conversation, and jovial as can be. Shayne is also super sweet and kind. This place is amazing!

Make sure you make it in for game day 5 dollar 595 PILS & dirty monkey shots; 9 dollar Trash Nachos (I could not finish them)! You want to-go craft beers they got you:) I literally have nothing to suggest here this place hits all the heads!“

The food was excellent and the service was what I've come to expect from this family of restaurants: knowledgeable, attentive without hovering, and charismatic. Middle Child was dead-center with all of it. The octopus carpaccio was light and flavorful. The burger was outta SIGHT and those spiced shoestring fries? Don't miss 'em. Demi and Tomas (hope that's his name--low-talker, cool glasses) were a power couple serving the table to make sure we knew all the best options on the menu and our glasses were never half-full. Loved this experience and can't wait to go back. A+!“

“Came here on a whim as I was hankering a Philly. When I got to the place and looked at the menu I saw the Patty Melt and sounded great. My wife got the Mac n cheese.

We got our food pretty quick and everything tasted amazing. The patty melt was amazing and the Mac n cheese was saucy and cheesy.

My big gripe with the place was the girl who helped us. She was very stand-offish, not helpful and made us uncomfortable/stupid ordering.

The saving grace of this place is the food otherwise I wouldn’t recommend the place just so no one has to deal with the woman at the cashier.

“Springs Cafe and Bronze Cafe (smoke Ranch/Buffalo) are the same café, albeit different name. Same vegan menu, different but awesome staff (except the person who I believe is the owner). I usually get the veducated sandwich but today I go the David's Special salad and, while it was wicked good, I wish they'd add more variety of leafy goods, not just kale. Either way, glad I located it. And if I'm to be honest, both locations would be deserving of 5 stars if they were all vegan. Updated from previous review on 2025-02-13“
