“We love this pho spot! Everything we ordered was delicious — the egg rolls were crispy, the short rib was super tender, and the combination pho had such a rich and flavorful broth. The calamari was also perfectly cooked. Even our toddler loved it, which says a lot! The staff were also very nice and welcoming. Definitely a place we’ll keep coming back to.“

“I was such in a hurry bc my uber was 7 mins away. The beautiful lady Han took care of me, giving me the confidence that my food will be ready in less than 7min. She honored her word, I ordered N.11 and it was ready in less than 5 mins.
Congrats to all the Phi Saigon 8 team of this location, they work fast and with great service.
I will go back but to enjoy my food there.

“Absolutely love this spot, their house lemongrass chili paste is a standout. They have many Central Vietnamese dishes on the menu I rarely see or haven’t seen elsewhere in Vegas- Mi Quang, Banh Cuon, Bun Bo Hue, Banh Canh, and Bun Rieu- the Banh Cuon especially is one of my all time favorites, the house-made crispy shallots are killer. Best Cha Gio i’ve found in Vegas too, and their Pho Bo broth is deeply flavorful and not too sweet.“

“I really like the pho, it’s what I usually come for, but honestly everything here is good. The food is always cooked fresh to order. The workers and management are super friendly and always treat you nicely. I’ve been coming here for a while and the experience is always great every time. Definitely recommend!“

“Stylish interior and really attentive service — they kept checking in and made sure everything was okay without being overbearing. The pho broth was clean and flavorful, not overly greasy, and the portion size was generous. Overall, it was a very pleasant dining experience.

I’m pretty sure the older lady manager was Jennie (at least I think her name was Jennie 😄), and if so, she’s doing an amazing job.

The vermicelli dish was also excellent. This might sound basic, but details really matter with vermicelli since it’s a cold dish. The bowl, noodles, and vegetables were all properly chilled, which made everything feel fresh and refreshing. So many places miss this — sometimes the noodles are warm, the bowl is warm, or the veggies are lukewarm — but none of that here. They really paid attention to the basics and the details.

“I visit Vegas yearly for work, and being Asian i always crave a bowl of hot soup with noodles. Pho Sing Sing is as legit as it can get. Having frequent Vietnam over the past decade, i can attest that the vietnamese food you get here is comparable or the same as what you will experience in Vietnam. Every year i visit vegas, and every year i make sure i visit Pho Sing Sing at least once.“

“After finding the Pan Asian Bistro Recently I was so impressed by the Flavor and Quality of the food I had to return this evening. This time I brought my son. To start off we had the Silver Tip Tea Hot. If you have not tried this tea you are truly missing one of the wonders of the tea world. If you research this tea you will find it considered the finest most expensive tea in the world! Now For the food. I had the Indonesian style Goat Curry with Rice and Roti. I ordered the dish Mild it was so full of flavor and the meat was fall off the bone tender. The Roti was unlike any I have had before it was light and delicate and full of flavor. My son ordered the Duck with Panang Curry he loves a good spicy spicy dish and thoroughly enjoyed this! I don't want to forget that we also had appetizers, Crab Rangoon which was wrapped in a light delicate wrapper , and Chicken Satay skewers which my son and I absolutely loved. If there is a Finer Pan Asian Dining Experience in Las Vegas I have Yet to find one! This is the BEST IN LAS VEGAS! I want to Thank Chand and his beautiful wife, for an Incredible Dining Experience.“

“Nice Presentation on Ramen Flight. The service was great. We got seated right away. Our server was nice and polite. We got our food quick. The steak was delicious. I just wish it was a little bigger like the one they advertise on instagram. All the Ramen was ok. I wish they had that basil green broth as another option for their soup base. Their food wasn’t that bad, but it wasn’t that great that I had to come back. I would give it a 5 or a 6“

The bread is the real standout... perfectly crunchy on the outside, chewy on the inside, and sturdy enough to hold all the fillings together without falling apart. Every bite has that ideal balance of texture and flavor that makes a great bánh mì.
The shop itself is located in a somewhat rundown strip mall, and parking can definitely be a challenge since there aren’t many spaces for the number of businesses in the plaza. That said, it’s absolutely worth the visit.
It gets pretty busy, which isn’t surprising considering how affordable and delicious the food is. Service can be a bit hit-or-miss and tends to slow down when they’re packed, but the quality of the sandwiches keeps people coming back.

“Loved this place. The atmosphere was very chill/quiet. But not the type of quiet that you feel you need to whisper in. The staff was very sweet, not necessarily the most attentive. I did need to request more water, instead of being offered more, a while after I'd finished my glass. However, they brought over a pitcher then, so that was nice. The beef brisket pho was amazing. Made to perfection. Prices were also great. Would absolutely be back.“
