“This is my first experience with Pho Aimee. Had just driven from L.A. and stopped by this place on my home. Had made a mistake with my pickup order yesterday, didnt realize until i got home. Had to drive back and they went above and beyond to understand my frustration and came up with a solution that i felt like they cared about me. Spoke with me with accountability and respect on the matter. Went home and all the items i ordered were delicious. Would definently return and reccomend. Short rib pho would be my go to“

“I was such in a hurry bc my uber was 7 mins away. The beautiful lady Han took care of me, giving me the confidence that my food will be ready in less than 7min. She honored her word, I ordered N.11 and it was ready in less than 5 mins.
Congrats to all the Phi Saigon 8 team of this location, they work fast and with great service.
I will go back but to enjoy my food there.

“I wandered in for lunch without much expectation, but the pasta here was a pleasant surprise. Cooked al dente and coated in a rich tomato-basil sauce, it tasted like it came straight from a home kitchen. The side salad had a bright lemon vinaigrette that balanced the richness of the main dish. A place I’d happily revisit.“

“This is the best pho I’ve found outside of China town. The place is small and is always busy. Be prepared to wait or use the yelp app to get your name on the waitlist list. Our server was extremely friendly and suggested different unique menu options. Broth was excellent and the meat quality was top tier.

Parking is unfortunately very limited and not a reflection of the establishment but something to consider.“

“Most decent place in vegas so far for vietnamese food, so I would go here everytime I am in town. However, it maybe slightly more expensive the usual amount per dish. Food was balanced and good. Nem nuon spring rolls is most preferred. If compared to other areas outside vegas, probably 4/5.“

“After Pho So 1 in Las Vegas, I was honestly unsure where to find another solid Vietnamese spot. Most people automatically order phở, but Vietnamese cuisine is so much more than that — and I feel like it often gets overlooked.

This place surprised me in the best way. I highly recommend trying their bò chảo and bò nướng đá. Both dishes were incredibly tender. The bò chảo was rich, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned — honestly comforting in a way that felt homemade. As for the bò nướng đá, I loved the interactive part of it. You cook the beef on a hot stone yourself, so you can make it exactly how you like it. The quality of the meat made it easy to get that perfect bite every time.

If you’re looking to explore Vietnamese food beyond phở, this place deserves a stop. Don’t sleep on the rest of the menu.“

“The staff were very welcoming as my little family and I walked in. This place was actually recommended by my sister after she had been raving about it. The service was great. The food was bomb. “Stopped by here since it was close to my friends house and it was a chilly night. When you first walk in, the smell of the food is strong. We were Sar quickly and it's a good sized restaurant. I loved the wood style decor. My one negative is the chairs not only where we sat were dirty.

Grilled Pork Banh Mi

The pho broth was hot and delicious. I added the traditional hoisen and sriracha sauce. The fried eggrolls were equally as delicious. What I really enjoyed was the Banh MI. The bread was perfect and the meat was flavorful and tender.

“After finding the Pan Asian Bistro Recently I was so impressed by the Flavor and Quality of the food I had to return this evening. This time I brought my son. To start off we had the Silver Tip Tea Hot. If you have not tried this tea you are truly missing one of the wonders of the tea world. If you research this tea you will find it considered the finest most expensive tea in the world! Now For the food. I had the Indonesian style Goat Curry with Rice and Roti. I ordered the dish Mild it was so full of flavor and the meat was fall off the bone tender. The Roti was unlike any I have had before it was light and delicate and full of flavor. My son ordered the Duck with Panang Curry he loves a good spicy spicy dish and thoroughly enjoyed this! I don't want to forget that we also had appetizers, Crab Rangoon which was wrapped in a light delicate wrapper , and Chicken Satay skewers which my son and I absolutely loved. If there is a Finer Pan Asian Dining Experience in Las Vegas I have Yet to find one! This is the BEST IN LAS VEGAS! I want to Thank Chand and his beautiful wife, for an Incredible Dining Experience.“

Having frequent Vietnam over the past decade, i can attest that the vietnamese food you get here is comparable or the same as what you will experience in Vietnam. “Nice Presentation on Ramen Flight. The service was great. We got seated right away. Our server was nice and polite. We got our food quick. The steak was delicious. I just wish it was a little bigger like the one they advertise on instagram. All the Ramen was ok. I wish they had that basil green broth as another option for their soup base. Their food wasn’t that bad, but it wasn’t that great that I had to come back. I would give it a 5 or a 6“
