“This is an interesting place. I honestly don't like the coffee I've had but I believe it can be adjusted to my preference. So I will work on getting the added flavors just right, but for now the service crew made me feel very welcome and the atmosphere seemed very good for a tech head like me. I feel like I could easily spend hours on my pc programming or gaming and have no trouble at all. I certainly like the place... just need to figure out what coffee I like best.“
“It was very busy at this store today since it was Starbucks Red Cup Day. I placed my mobile order at about 6:30 and arrived at the store about 10 minutes after. I had not been waiting that long when the staff realized that the app had crashed and they were having issues with their computer systems overall. The shift leads/managers quickly sprung into action and came up with a solution to get working on all of the orders. From the time I ordered to the time I got my drink was unfortunately about 30 minutes however, the way that the entire staff jumped in at full speed to get evrything out as soon as possible made up for it. As the systems came back online the managers quickly transitioned to see which orders they already sent out and which ones they still needed to make. Even though I did not get a holiday drink, the staff offered me a red cup anyway and I thought that was very kind.“
“The service was good, especially considering how slammed they were. But the atmosphere was a bit uncomfortable, the older Asian lady was bickering with the younger girls for having a drink.. I understand if that’s against policy but it seems odd to be starting arguments while the place is packed. Makes for uncomfortable environment.“
“My husband and I go here about once or twice a week and the service and drinks are always great. During peak hours they do struggle sometimes because it can get REALLY busy, which can increase wait times to 30 minutes instead of the usual 3-5 minutes, but that's a staffing issue, even when busy they are often kind and efficient.We always see Kailey and she makes us feel welcomed and remembers our orders and names:) Overall, and great Starbucks, and it's why it has become a regular weekly treat.“
“This is the best starbucks place i’ve ever been to. They make my drink even better then I expect it, theyre always super nice with good conversation. Customer service is amazing, although the place looks a little run down, I would love to have blonde espresso.“

Everyone's always pleasant and friendly. Always welcoming. These people believe in good service and great customer relations.
The store is always spotless and clean.
There are the usual brand cups, mugs, and whatnots to shop for neatly stocked on shelves in the lobby.
There are simple hot and cold menu items from bagels to sandwiches. They'll gladly heat up and toast your bagels and sweet treats.
There's WiFi available free of charge as well as clean tables to put your laptop on.
They don't rush you to finish your coffee and sweets or sandwich so relax.“

“I get that I was there around 5pm, after work rush. I placed a mobile order, pulled into the drive through, the car ahead of us advanced. We waited at the order speaker probably 3 minutes before anyone speaking. My husband gave them the name and usually they say "okay see you at the window". This time he said he would check on it and went silent. Probably another 2 minutes go by, then he comes back to tell us to pull forward. I wish I'd gotten his name. He looked like he had somewhere else to be, handed one drink over, didn't answer my husband asking how his day was etc. He grabbed the second drink from the counter for mobile orders and again, just handed it over. No have a great day, nada. One more example why I prefer Dutch Bros more.“
“Had to review because the bacon Gouda egg sandwich, which is my go to breakfast item, was the absolute best of all time. For some reason the eggs tasted real. Like homemade very fluffy scrambled eggs.
Ps still not happy about the toffee syrup being discontinued. That was the best thing you had going. It drastically improves the taste of so many drinks. All my drinks have been basic and boring since this happened“
