Starbucks in North Las Vegas

“I love this location. 3-4 times a week I go there after EOS workout to relax, catch up on emails and do work on computer. Manager V and his staff are Super Duper, Friendly, Professional, and Polite. It is always clean and inviting. Most importantly the girls always remember my drink, sometimes my Oltimers kicks is 🤣! Senior Friendly places mean a lot to me. Keep up thw great work V!!“

I recently had the Starbucks Citrus Mint tea and it was a delightful and smoothing experience would really make my visit exceptional was the manager who was incredibly cheerful and supportive with his staff! My drink was perfect! The service at this location is consistently top-notch. Highly recommended for a refreshing treat.“

“I went in last week and they were so kind with a genuine greeting when I walked in! Because I had such a great experience I came back. The place is clean, the workers are kind and were very fast with my drink, and the customers are kind too. I’ve worked at a Starbucks in the past with poor management, lack of proper training, and high expectations without the proper tools to achieve those expectations. When you walk into this location, you can tell it’s the complete opposite. The employees are cared for by their manager and it shows in their work and customer interaction. Thank you! <3“

“This is the best starbucks place i’ve ever been to. They make my drink even better then I expect it, theyre always super nice with good conversation. Customer service is amazing, although the place looks a little run down, I would love to have blonde espresso.“

“The service was good, especially considering how slammed they were. But the atmosphere was a bit uncomfortable, the older Asian lady was bickering with the younger girls for having a drink.. I understand if that’s against policy but it seems odd to be starting arguments while the place is packed. Makes for uncomfortable environment.“

“The day I went was CRAZYYYY. Crazy in the drive through and crazy inside. But they were extremely efficient in trying to get all the orders through. Also I thought it was really sweet—amidst all the chaos, who I’m assuming was the manager, said, “good job team” and it made me smile. Great team work and awesome that the manager was encouraging. Loved my midnight drink. Definitely my go to store!“

“Sat in with a friend. Chatted for quite awhile. Nobody made us leave, but they certainly didn't make us feel welcomed to linger. Cleanliness gets a 4 star. Noise level was oddly high lol but it did seem they were stocking a truck delivery... Perhaps.
I don't typically go to this location, but it does seem to have improved since last in.
Not a 5 star experience, but okay all around“

“I'll start by saying that when you walk in you're greeted by everyone as if you're an old friend that hasn't been seen in a while.
Everyone's always pleasant and friendly. Always welcoming. These people believe in good service and great customer relations.
The store is always spotless and clean.
There are the usual brand cups, mugs, and whatnots to shop for neatly stocked on shelves in the lobby.
There are simple hot and cold menu items from bagels to sandwiches. They'll gladly heat up and toast your bagels and sweet treats.
There's WiFi available free of charge as well as clean tables to put your laptop on.
They don't rush you to finish your coffee and sweets or sandwich so relax.“

“The Starbucks is located at the Tesla superchargers in this little section of East Las Vegas. The last time I was there I was able to see a Tesla cyber truck at the supercharger and the officer Lee was so nice. He let me take a look inside. sit inside and even take pictures. It was an awesome experience.“

“It's a Starbucks, taste like other Starbucks. I think it's relatively new. It looks new. But the manager is awesome. Some of the employees took a little bit to get caught up with Starbucks rules, but every day it's getting better and closer to being a finely tuned machine.“

“Good service. I didn't like that I couldn't reload money on the app. I was however able to use it, just not able to refill money in it. Other than that it was nice and small and quiet. The baristas were very welcoming and friendly.“

“Like a kodak photo booth within a busy parking lot. That was the Starbucks coffee hut at one time. A moment on time that represented a good reason to wake up and start your day. Although the Seatlle branded coffee has proven bestly served at anytime of the day. A tale as fitting as a green mermaid tail. Especially on this particular day. National coffee day.“

“LIFELINE of three schools and parents dropping off their kids, Monday -Friday. The coffee spot for nearby hospitals and two major commercial plazas. It’s more transient than a chiller spot. As someone who lives in the neighborhood and has seen the reduction in size of its dining area throughout the years, that’s been a bummer. Otherwise, for as busy as this place gets, the drinks are always good and baristas always with the best energy despite the bustle, this place rules. HUGE Shoutout to LOLA for her kindness.“
