“I always have a great experience at this Starbucks, and a big part of that is thanks to Schmitty! He’s incredibly personable, attentive, and genuinely cares about both the customers and the team. Schmitty has a perfect mix of professionalism and warmth that makes every visit a little brighter.“

“All the girls here are super nice and friendly and make my drinks super good! However Javier is super rude and unfriendly, every time I ask for something he gives me such an attitude, he acts like the drinks and siracha sauces are coming out of his paycheck, not sure why he always makes my drinks not full, and gives me attitude if I request something, not sure what his problem is. This is upsetting since this is my go to Starbucks, other than that love how nice everyone else is!“

“This is the nicest Starbucks I’ve ever been to! Everything about it was pleasant. The people were all friendly, and said “welcome in!” to every single person that walked through the door. The person taking my order suggested I try my drink a in a new way, which I loved! And I got my food and drink on an actual plate and in a glass mug! I wish they were all like this!!“

“Extremely great customer service!!! They knew how to make the exact drink that I like perfect! We have been all over Reno Nevada and their two drops of Carmel did not do The Justice of the extra extra extra caramel we ordered at the other Starbucks is around. Every time we went somewhere different we had to immediately come back because how poorly other Starbucks is here made their drinks. They are very fast in the drive-thru and the employees work very well as a team!! Literally I think this was the best drink I have had from any Starbucks! Definitely choose this one you won't regret it!!!“

“Nice stop on our way out of town. Venti Iced Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso with a side of a Bacon Gouda breakfast sandwich. All tasty and made perfect! Excellent Baristas and Excellent Service! I was able to place my order and pick up very quickly. I love Starbucks in general and have always enjoyed their drinks, food and service. Thanks, Starbucks!!!“

We waltzed into a regular ol’ Starbucks, expecting the usual corporate humdrum, but then—BAM!—there was Sam, a barista with flair, who greeted us like a caffeinated angel from heaven above. “Good morning! How’s your day?” they chimed, and suddenly, our spirits soared higher than a double shot of espresso!

I ordered my White Chocolate Mocha—the golden nectar of the coffee gods—made to perfection. With the right blend of sweetness and creamy half-and-half, it was like a warm hug in a cup, melting my soul one sip at a time. And let’s not forget the barista magic! Sam had it, singularly so, like a coffee wizard conjuring up brews that could change the course of history.

In short, this Starbucks isn’t just your average stop for a fix. It’s the caffeinated concert hall where Sam is the star, hitting all the high notes in customer service!

“Located right on the casino floor, this little coffee stand could not be more convenient for gamblers like me. I was able to get my good latte and take it over to a table and continue to play. It's not a real coffee shop or cafe, just a stand where you buy some coffee to take with you.“

“Dietary restrictions: If you request soy milk or skim or a low fat. They can do that for you.

Kid-friendliness: If you ask them they can make a "not so hot" hot chocolate for you little one and put it in a smaller then the normal size small.“

“The staff at this location are absolutely wonderful. It doesn’t feel like the fake “I get paid to smile at you” experience. They are all genuinely patient and relaxing and a joy to talk to.

The only reason I took one star off atmosphere was because it’s not the most comfy cozy coffee shop I’ve ever stopped at but it was nice and clean! I’d just add some plants and pillows lol.“

“It’s a Starbucks. No more, no less. If you’ve been the one Starbucks, you’ve been to them all. The service is fine. It’s a newly remodeled location, which now feels more sterile, generic compared to the old aesthetic it had. But the coffee is just as good as always. Cramped on a corner, with some type parking. Does have a drive-through. But all in all a solid cup of Joe.“

“I am continuously and pleasantly amazed at how professional and friendly the student staff are at this Starbucks location. They consistently create wonderful drinks, including vegan options, and I applaud the managers running this very clean, efficient, and friendly venue.“

“Definitely one of the best Starbucks in the system. The crew are friendly and very helpful. The store is clean and comfortable. They even clean the bathrooms. While I was there, the employee stumbled onto a problem in the bathroom, and he promptly took care of it. Convenient parking right outside the door. Walking distance from the courtyard hotel. No vagrance living in the restaurant or on the sidewalk outside. There are even a couple of outdoor tables.“

“Please be aware that this is a DRIVE THRU Starbucks. If you come in between 8 AM to 10 AM, expect the long line of cars waiting to pick up their order. Otherwise, the service is amazing and the food is just delicious since I only ordered just a sandwich.“

“Hate going to Starbucks for a lot of reasons but my travel van is getting worked on down the road and needed a coffee shop to sit in while my house is held hostage. The workers in here seem REALLy happy, that’s why I’m writing this review. Seems no one is breathing down their necks for professionalism. “I walked to Starbucks this morning for my coffee. The man behind the register was so kind and helpful. I wish I got his name, but he had red hair. Unfortunately the cold brew was down at the moment so he asked if an iced coffee substitution was alright, which it was. When the machine came back up he brought me out the original cold brew I had ordered which was awesome! I wish I could have left a tip through the app.
Atmosphere inside would have gotten 5 stars. Outside is a different story, the parking lot is a bit treacherous and there is a nasty dumpster you have to walk by; but thats really not in their control.“

“The only issue I saw is at every single Starbucks, and every time I get Starbucks, I ask for room not for cream and sugar, but that I don't spill my coffee getting in and out of the car. They need to ask if you want room because those lids do not stay on and they will splash a very expensive car. To clean so listen up when somebody says to keep extra room.“

“As far as Starbucks goes, it’s tough to imagine a better and more consistent experience than this location. The drive thru moves quick (even on busy mornings), the folks who work the drive thru are always warm and welcoming, and in the year that I’ve lived across the street from here… I don’t think they’ve EVER gotten my order wrong. “The wait in line wasn't long and the barrista was on top of my hubby's lengthy order. He had a venti iced white mocha 3 extra shots, 2 pumps caramel, 2 pumps blackberry. I had a grande iced Chai latte with 1/2 and 1/2. It was made very promptly. The ambiance was moderate, not too loud.“

“12.23.23: I mobile ordered from here after the gym since it was super close and today is free hot cocoa day. There's 2 weekends left, this one and next one, to score your free kids/short hot cocoa with a purchase of any grande or larger.My order was ready at the exact time the app estimated. The ambience was pretty busy inside and the drive thru line wrapped around.

Parking: If it's busy and you park in the front, you're likely to get stuck due to the drive-thru line.“

“We visited on a summer weekday, 9 AM. Our drinks were made and served quickly. There was a steady flow of customers coming and going.

The restaurant is very clean. The tables were clean and spaced a comfortable distance apart from each other. The staff was efficient and friendly.

The food and merchandise displays were full and tidy.“

“We often stop at this Starbucks on our way to the Bay area or when we travel to LA or San Diego. They always provide excellent service, and my orders are always done as I like them. It gets quite busy at certain times of the day. I guess it's because other travelers like this particular Starbucks too.“

“Ordered my drink & I always ask for extra strawberries I usually never get them but my local SB did, the girl that took my order wen I asked said u mean the bits on top & I said yes, I was thinking gonna b like everywhere else & low & behold there was way more than I expected, I was so happy they really did give me extra/yaaay. I did also ask for light ice & that didn't happen but im not complaining since they gave me the extra strawberries I asked for. Overall the girl who took my order was super nice & I had a good experience.“

“We've visited this Starbucks for about six months every time we're at Renown for my appointments, which are fairly frequent. The workers have always been nice. The primary reason why we stop there is because my service dog would always take us there (3 years of this) and we finally let him try a Pup Cup. He loves them! And, I order a drink and my husband does at times.
Today, 5/16/2025, we stopped by on our way out. Julian was the one who took my order. She came around with my service dog's Pup Cup and offered it to him. This has not happened before and he usually ignores people. Today, he allowed her to give him the Pup Cup after I said it was okay. He even let her pet him. This was a good experience for both of them. She was extremely happy that I allowed this. She said it was her first week there. If she's there the next time we stop by, I will see if my service dog wants to have her serve him again.“
