“While the food and drinks at any Starbucks are the same between locations, this specific Starbucks truly outdoes itself with atmosphere, every time. This is easily my favorite Starbucks location. The morning crew is great, they always meet you with a smile, the question of the day, and a good conversation. I can't recall another Starbucks were the staff learned my name and drink order within my first two or three visits.“

“I just wanted to say thank you again to the open crew at this location. I ordered breakfast sandwiches, bacon /gouida & bacon egg cheese, Oat meal , vegan latte brown sugar, coconut latte, green iced tea, but not only were these baristas friendly and professional, they were quick and my entire order was hot and absolutely perfectly prepared and packaged in order to arrive that way as well. You all are the definition of a company asset:)“

“This starbucks is THRIVING. Everyone there has a good attitude and enjoys being there. It is felt when you walk in. Service was timely and delicious. Because of their good attitude you can tell others enjoy being there too. Keep shining bright 🔆

“I have been coming to this location now for at least a few years. The staff has seen a lot of me and every time that I am in I am always warmly greeted, and the service is a 10/10. Shout out to Mo and Emma for your amazing service. I would recommend this location compared to its counterparts in town, and always remember to tip your baristas.“

“Extremely great customer service!!! They knew how to make the exact drink that I like perfect! We have been all over Reno Nevada and their two drops of Carmel did not do The Justice of the extra extra extra caramel we ordered at the other Starbucks is around. Every time we went somewhere different we had to immediately come back because how poorly other Starbucks is here made their drinks. They are very fast in the drive-thru and the employees work very well as a team!! Literally I think this was the best drink I have had from any Starbucks! Definitely choose this one you won't regret it!!!“

We waltzed into a regular ol’ Starbucks, expecting the usual corporate humdrum, but then—BAM!—there was Sam, a barista with flair, who greeted us like a caffeinated angel from heaven above. “Good morning! How’s your day?” they chimed, and suddenly, our spirits soared higher than a double shot of espresso!

I ordered my White Chocolate Mocha—the golden nectar of the coffee gods—made to perfection. With the right blend of sweetness and creamy half-and-half, it was like a warm hug in a cup, melting my soul one sip at a time. And let’s not forget the barista magic! Sam had it, singularly so, like a coffee wizard conjuring up brews that could change the course of history.

In short, this Starbucks isn’t just your average stop for a fix. It’s the caffeinated concert hall where Sam is the star, hitting all the high notes in customer service!

“In my opinion, locations are only as good as the crew it has working there, so at this time I would like to praise 550 West Plumb Lane Starbucks for consistently great customer service. A special shout out to: (Forgive me if the names are spelled incorrectly.) Manager Niki, and baristas Jordan, Jacob, and Tanner for always going above and beyond. Truly, the whole crew does a fantastic job, and my family and I look forward to continuing to patron this establishment on a day to day basis.“

“Located right on the casino floor, this little coffee stand could not be more convenient for gamblers like me. I was able to get my good latte and take it over to a table and continue to play. It's not a real coffee shop or cafe, just a stand where you buy some coffee to take with you.“

“Dietary restrictions: If you request soy milk or skim or a low fat. They can do that for you.

Kid-friendliness: If you ask them they can make a "not so hot" hot chocolate for you little one and put it in a smaller then the normal size small.“

“The staff at this location are absolutely wonderful. It doesn’t feel like the fake “I get paid to smile at you” experience. They are all genuinely patient and relaxing and a joy to talk to.

The only reason I took one star off atmosphere was because it’s not the most comfy cozy coffee shop I’ve ever stopped at but it was nice and clean! I’d just add some plants and pillows lol.“

“I was instantly transported to the literary world of Hermann Melville, and wow, what an exciting journey that was. Friendly baristas gave me coffee as I surmounted the back of a colossal Whale, and then by a series of unfortunate accidents accidentally ended up living inside the Whale.“

“Please be aware that this is a DRIVE THRU Starbucks. If you come in between 8 AM to 10 AM, expect the long line of cars waiting to pick up their order. Otherwise, the service is amazing and the food is just delicious since I only ordered just a sandwich.“

“As always, the service was top-notch. I ordered a Venti, and they accidentally rang it as a Grande. They were happy to correct the error quickly and didn't even charge me. Definitely a company I will keep coming back to because the service is always amazing.“

“The service was great. There were two people there at 5:30 pm, helpful and nice. The food is okay. I don't go to Starbucks much as I don't drink coffee but I had gift cards. I got a pineapple smoothy and it was pretty good. I also got some desserts. They are pretty good but expensive.“

“As far as Starbucks goes, it’s tough to imagine a better and more consistent experience than this location. The drive thru moves quick (even on busy mornings), the folks who work the drive thru are always warm and welcoming, and in the year that I’ve lived across the street from here… I don’t think they’ve EVER gotten my order wrong. “Definitely one of the best Starbucks in the system. The crew are friendly and very helpful. The store is clean and comfortable. They even clean the bathrooms. While I was there, the employee stumbled onto a problem in the bathroom, and he promptly took care of it. Convenient parking right outside the door. Walking distance from the courtyard hotel. No vagrance living in the restaurant or on the sidewalk outside. There are even a couple of outdoor tables.“

“12.23.23: I mobile ordered from here after the gym since it was super close and today is free hot cocoa day. There's 2 weekends left, this one and next one, to score your free kids/short hot cocoa with a purchase of any grande or larger.My order was ready at the exact time the app estimated. The ambience was pretty busy inside and the drive thru line wrapped around.

Parking: If it's busy and you park in the front, you're likely to get stuck due to the drive-thru line.“

“We visited on a summer weekday, 9 AM. Our drinks were made and served quickly. There was a steady flow of customers coming and going.

The restaurant is very clean. The tables were clean and spaced a comfortable distance apart from each other. The staff was efficient and friendly.

The food and merchandise displays were full and tidy.“

“We often stop at this Starbucks on our way to the Bay area or when we travel to LA or San Diego. They always provide excellent service, and my orders are always done as I like them. It gets quite busy at certain times of the day. I guess it's because other travelers like this particular Starbucks too.“

“Ordered my drink & I always ask for extra strawberries I usually never get them but my local SB did, the girl that took my order wen I asked said u mean the bits on top & I said yes, I was thinking gonna b like everywhere else & low & behold there was way more than I expected, I was so happy they really did give me extra/yaaay. I did also ask for light ice & that didn't happen but im not complaining since they gave me the extra strawberries I asked for. Overall the girl who took my order was super nice & I had a good experience.“
