“tonight was the worst!!! i ordered a #1 med, with a sweet tea. i waited over 20 minutes in line. every car ahead of me was handed one bag of food. i get to the window. some rude kid swings open the window. says very rudely, "ugh what did you order?" after telling him, he slams the window shut, and says " Oh my God everything is messed up!" another kid comes, says that they messed up n it was going to be a couple more minutes. after 15 minutes, a manager I'm guessing finally comes to the window, asks what i ordered. Finally i get home n take out my food, its ICE COLD!!!! my fries were cold n hard, my big mac was cold. oh yeah! while i was waiting i watched an emoloyee, make an iced coffee. Before he put the lid on it, he tasted it!!! then proceeded to make more drinks n get them ready for an order!!!! disgusting!!!!! all those employees need to be fired! the managers who were standing outside the whole time smoking, who finally decided to go in need to be fired! never going to THIS location ever again!!!“

“I visited 2 days in a row & ordered the same footlong sandwich, #8 . Different staff behind the counter. One sandwich generously filled while the other was a bun with mostly lettuuce, dressings, minimal meats, one slice of cheese and NO avocado. Is there no standard, by weight, that how much meat,cheese & avocado goes on sandwich?“

“We checked out a great hidden hot spot for breakfast this morning. Definitely a place for a great meal. It's clean, hot food and really good food and the servers were outstanding. The breakfast menu went from good American Food to authentic Mexican items. Can't wait to check out lunch and dinner. Definitely a place to check out! 5 stars from us!“

“Taco John's has the best tacos around, beating out Taco Bell and Del Taco in my personal opinion. My only wish is that they would come to South Florida where I call home. For now, I will continue to patronize them whenever I am in Reno. I can't wait to dine there again during my next travel dates.“

“Dude this place is amazing, they kept the Maui Jane’s menu and added absolutely fantastic Mexican food. The owner or manager who was there I talked to was super upbeat about the place and nice. If you haven’t eaten here you need to fix that. I got the burger and a few tacos had to eat one of the tacos in my car it looked so good. Also great prices.“

“For fast food, this place is always on point. Food is very hot and made within acceptable guidelines. Other competitors need to be trained at this location because most other places like mcdonalds, wendys, etc are a joke compared to this location. “This is one of the smaller Jimboy's restaurants, and that's exactly why I like it the best. The staff were friendly and engaging, the atmosphere inside is relaxed, clean and comfortable and the tacos were delicious. It's in a safe area of Reno and parking is easy. I'll be back!“
