“This last time I went and they handed me the wrong order. I realized before I left the parking lot and stopped to go in. Before I had my vehicle in park someone was running out to me and apologized. They told me to stay in my vehicle and they would bring me my order. They fixed their mistake and everyone moved on happy.“

“tonight was the worst!!! i ordered a #1 med, with a sweet tea. i waited over 20 minutes in line. every car ahead of me was handed one bag of food. i get to the window. some rude kid swings open the window. says very rudely, "ugh what did you order?" after telling him, he slams the window shut, and says " Oh my God everything is messed up!" another kid comes, says that they messed up n it was going to be a couple more minutes. after 15 minutes, a manager I'm guessing finally comes to the window, asks what i ordered. Finally i get home n take out my food, its ICE COLD!!!! my fries were cold n hard, my big mac was cold. oh yeah! while i was waiting i watched an emoloyee, make an iced coffee. Before he put the lid on it, he tasted it!!! then proceeded to make more drinks n get them ready for an order!!!! disgusting!!!!! all those employees need to be fired! the managers who were standing outside the whole time smoking, who finally decided to go in need to be fired! never going to THIS location ever again!!!“

“We eat here frequently and have found it to be one of those exceptional eateries. I enjoy many of the items off the menu, but my favorite is the chicken fried steak. Great coating. The wife can not leave the French toast alone. The daughters and son-in-law have tried almost everything on the menu. Food is great. Atmosphere cozy. the staff are friendly and quick with service. One must try the Quesabirria tacos and of course the green enchiladas.“

“Great restaurant, even better taco truck. The truck is usually at the corner of 5th Ave and Sun Valley Blvd. Friendly to all customers, this staff might get my name wrong sometimes but who can blame them. Usually I go with the tacos. Sometimes they run out of particular meats but who doesn't if they stay this good and busy. The wait time is usually not too bad. Parking can be a little iffy but that's because the owner of this appliance store next to it has every uhaul known to man parked at it. There is seating although limited.“

“There was a ton of people and you had to sit quite sometime to get your food. It’s a fast food place so you can’t expect the quality of a sit down find restaurant. However, the last several times we have been there their fries have been undercooked. When I asked one of the staff to cook them longer for us they said they don’t do that. I think the lack of customer service is what they are lacking here they obviously I’m confused. that’s why people keep coming back.“

“We got the late about an hour before closing, and I guess they stopped using the oven before then because they used this separate oven to the side. The pizza wasn't as good as it usually is, and now I know don't go an hour before they close.“

Clean inside and out, and as always, way better than any other fast burger joint I'd normally visit.

Cashier was friendly and willing to explain the difference between some similar items.

Price was a bit higher than I expected, but the rest makes that easier to believe.

“For fast food, this place is always on point. Food is very hot and made within acceptable guidelines. Other competitors need to be trained at this location because most other places like mcdonalds, wendys, etc are a joke compared to this location. “My son and I came in for lunch and we were greeted, politely asked how were doing. The atmosphere was wonderful, nice staff, our food was delicious, fresh and delicious. “One of the better BK's in town. So far they've gotten orders correct even during peak hours which is extremely impressive as it can get chaotic.

The staff have been extremely friendly and helpful however sometimes when they are busy there usually is a long wait time BUT orders have been precise which is a big plus.“
