“It was my first time dining at Westside Cafe. I came expecting a diner-style meal and vibe but it felt more like a small mountain town Cafe. They sell whole beans here with organic and fair trade options and a station to grind them. I ordered the chile relleno benedict and substituted the potatoes for fruit. The benedict was perfect. I was getting emotional as I wolfed it down. The fruit was fresh and sweet; bananas, strawberries, blueberries, and cantaloupe.“
“We haven't been here for a few months but glad we came here today. Place is very clean. The staff were great! Special shout out to Shelly who gave 5 star service. We haven't seen this caliber of service in a very long time. The food was really good. We had the dinner size chicken fried steak, fish and chips, cheese pizza and their soup of the day (meatball soup-my daughter gave the soup 2 thumbs up). The fish was great-thin batter and tons of fish. Fries are crispy on the outside and soft in the middle.The pizza had lots of cheese. The soup had lots of meatballs. My husband really enjoyed the chicken fried steak. Just a heads up the Cafe is short staffed, but the staff worked their butts off to provide a great dinner experience. We will definitely be back.“
“On the road and in need of coffee. Saw the reviews and wasn't thrilled about stopping here, but my coffee need was greater. Pete's is inside the casino (south side of building) & the service we got along with our coffee drinks were great! Thought a more recent review and pic will help other passersby in need of coffee. This isn't my ambiance, but giving 5 stars to offset the past horrendous reviews.“
