I've never had a bad experience here. The staff is mostly young people who have the most pleasant attitude, which is a nice change of pace from most fast food in the area. 🫡“

“I would have to respectfully disagree with Chris Parker. I went to Braised Pies for the first time on Tuesday specifically to have the Cornish Pastie and I thought it was absolutely delicious. My mother was from England so I've had many pasties in my trips over there and this brought back the flavors that I remembered. I will definitely be making a return trip.“

“I order when I get there inside the store. I use the gift card payment as it provides two stars 🌟 for every dollar instead of one star 🌟 when paying with a credit or debit card. The star accumulation is faster to get Starbucks merchandise this way.

I witnessed a lady hassling one of the baristas about her drink (I think the barista was named Marcia) so much that it irritated me but the barista stayed calm even saying “Yes,ma’am.”

The service here stood out right away — the staff was friendly, welcoming, and handled everything quickly even though there was steady foot traffic. It’s always nice when the baristas take a moment to smile and make sure you feel taken care of.

I ordered a Medicine Ball, which was made perfectly soothing, hot, and balanced just right. Alongside it, I had the warm chocolate chip cookie. They were golden on the outside, soft on the inside, and exactly the kind of snack I needed.

The location was clean and well-kept, and the overall experience left me feeling like this is the kind of Starbucks you can count on for both good service and good food. Definitely a nice stop if you’re in the West Point area.“

Having worked in customer service myself I could see how overwhelmed she was having to deal with so many customers alone, but she handled the numerous people so calmly and efficiently. “I went on 10/22/2024 to the location on Albany Street in Poughkeepsie N.Y. Today is my mom Birthday we had a party of seven. When we arrived we were told they don't have big table for our size party. They managed to add a table. The food was a 1.5 Everyone fries were over cooked the chicken was dry not a bit of Honey was tasted on the sandwiches. Tap water warm little to barely no ice. It took over 30 minutes to receive our meals no bread sticks salad nothing offered while we waited. It was a HORRIBLE DINNER. We asked if they have any Bday specials were told No. Do you sing Happy Birthday No. Mind you we were told by the person that recommended the place said they do sing Happy Birthday. I'm starting to feel it was a racial situation. Yet we still left tips. The Family had to go find Food upon leaving. The server was great it was her second day. I wish her well“

“I love the morning shift at this dunkin’. The girls on drive through are so sweet they could melt your heart. Zach (only ones name that I know) is always keeping his co-workers smiling and never fails to greet us when we walk in the door! I really have to get better with names because I can see at least three other smiling faces that are there in the morning.. that seriously make my day every time I pull into that building! There is also two other guys that work a little later in the afternoon that we absolutely love the one is usually in front end he has like almost strawberry blond maybe LIGHT brown hair. We love him too. Just wanted to say thank you guys. I made a post but then realized I should also leave a review. I really hope these kids get recognized for their hard work and their dedication to making Dunkins customers love walking in there. Me and my husband, avid Dunkin drinkers… and I have never loved the whole entire staff at any Dunkin I’ve ever been too!
