“My girlfriends and I was just at Moderne Barn last night. It was my first time eating here. I have to say the overall environment was very friendly, welcoming, beautiful. By the way I love the chandeliers. We sat upstairs - very nice area. Plenty of people eating here. The food and drinks I may add is very delicious. I had salmon and white wine and sangria. Have to say no complaints. The staff very very nice and friendly. Highly highly recommend. Thank you Moderne Barn for a lovely ladies night out!“

“The food is reliably good, maybe not spectacular. The desserts, though, ARE spectacular. The drinks are good, too. The only problem with the service is that the bartender also has to wait tables, so everything slows down. Prices are reasonable for Westchester, and the place has a very relaxed vibe.“

“Wanted to give a shout out to the restaurant, Freddy’s, in Pleasantville. Went with a couple of girlfriends a few weeks ago and then again with my hubby last week. Both meals were delicious. The appetizers are yummy! Most of all, though, I wanted to remark on the atmosphere. The people in charge are just delightful. Had a chance to meet the owner. He told me he named the restaurant after his grandfather ( forgive, it might have been his father). Either way I thought it was nice. He has a young family and loves what he does. They have been open for two years, but I just found them now. If you haven’t checked them out, you should soon!“

“A visit to the Kee Oyster House is not to be missed. We enjoyed a lovely dining experience with the maitre d sorting a table by the window for us and quickly we were whisked there for a delicious evening . I had the seafood salad special starter, followed by the linguine with clams and my companions were similarly impressed with their choices. The Malbec was exceptional and we fully enjoyed our evening's dining. This restaurant remains the jewel in the crown of seafood dining experiences not only in White Plains but can more than hold its own with any in Westchester county. Will be back soon.“

“Upscale but not too posh place in Greenwich with a menu that will please almost everyone! It was our first time in the area and this place stood out. The staff was very friendly and food was very good. We didn’t get any starters and I ordered the pork cooked well done so it took a while to get our food, that’s not a complaint just a warning. I would recommend getting a starter, especially if you are drinking because my margarita was stiff! Wish they had some mocktails. It’s a lovely place. Great place for a date night.

Vegetarian options: They had multiple non-meat forward dishes, tofu, mushroom. Etc.

Dietary restrictions: The chef was extremely accommodating to an onion allergy.“

“Literally a week before my son’s bday I found this place on a catering search. Can I just say everything was extremely amazing! From taste to presentation. Customer service was impeccable as well, walking into this place made you feel like you have been there before. The warm smiles and attentiveness given by its employees assured me I was in the right place. My food was delivered to Sky Zone on time and can I just say again 10 out of 10 on everything. “Place is cool I go often. Food is usually great. Staff are ok. Some seem a bit stressed or not in the mood to work. My BIGGEST issue is the Maintanence. One the decor should be upgraded but that’s a not a real deal breaker. The mess from previous customers are never cleaned up promptly. Every time I go there is at least two to three tables that need to be cleaned. Also the “clean” tables never look cleaned properly.Now I don’t know if they are understaff but restaurant presentation is VERY important. The maintenance should match the quality of food.“
