“This is the mascarpone donut with jerky on top. It was pretty good but unfortunately the only one they had left at night. I’m told they sell out of donuts very quick and if you’re not first you left with what’s last. This place is the store front of Ra Ra Rhino the small speakeasy behind the donut spot. Another regrettable thing is often there is no one there at night to sell you donuts you will have to go into the speakeasy find the bar tender and coerce them to come up front and sell you a donut. It’s fair to say the service isn’t great late a night but the donuts are pretty good.“

“Large, fluffy doughnuts. PILLOWS OF SUGARY GOODNESS. The maple glaze is to die for. They are pretty greasy, and delicious. Super satisfying to eat. I've only ever had doughnuts from here. Definitely worth it. It's a good thing i don't live in the neighborhood.“

“I used to come here with my dad when they first opened and I was impressed! I used to get challahs, muffins, desserts, and they were all amazing! Sometimes, the lady in the front would give me the baked goods fresh out of the oven. I don’t know if she works there anymore.“

“I like to eat their Bacon Lettuce Tomato Sandwich, Grilled Cheese Panini, Chips, 2 donuts, and Strawberry Iced Lemonade it’s very good.
I enjoyed the sandwiches and the grilled cheese panini wasn’t that bad. When I looked at the donuts they had different variety of donuts to choose from like Chocolate Dip Donut, Vanilla Dip Donut, Boston Creme Donut, Maple Dip Donut, and more. The Strawberry Lemonade was so good. Next time I’ll try the TimBits to see if I like them or not.“

“So the other day I wound up on the wrong A train. I planned on getting off at the Conuit station and cross over to the other side to correct my mistake. As I was walking to go towards the steps, I noticed that there was a new gas station or new to me and it had a Tim Hortons and Pizza Hut. So I decided to go check it out and grab me some Pizza Hut and just call an Uber instead. Which worked out just lovely for me. This location seems to be fairly new and very clean for the most part, the place is very spacious clean and has a variety of things to choose from. I was very impressed with a Service, and that made my selection from the Pizza Hut section. The snacks section was endless as well. I chose a personal pepperoni and a plain as they were two for $8.I also noticed that they make sandwiches as well. Next time I will check out their big shop to see what they offer. This time I was unable to do so because my Uber showed up quicker than I expected.“

“Typical DD fare but with kosher restrictions and substitutions. The staff at this location are always very nice, and the service is quick. Conveniently located right by the Hewlett LIRR station if you want to grab a sandwich, a coffee or a snack while waiting for your train.

“Best Dunkin location in Brooklyn by far. My wife and I live in NJ now and the Dunkin in Brooklyn is by far better. In overall quality of coffee and food. The coffee is definitely made right here. My parents and wife go out of their way to go to this Dunkin. The Baskin Robbin’s is so convenient when we want ice cream too. The owner Danny is very nice as well. My dad had a problem one day and he gave my dad his personal number. Inside is usually well kept. The drink refrigerator is always stocked. The pre-packed ice cream is always stocked. The Doughnuts are good as well. They have messed up my orders before when one particular employee is working. Otherwise no complaint.“

“I want to start the review by saying this specific DD is the best location I've ever visit and will continue buying from them, because they properly know how to create and make the orders and their above and beyond customer service that no other DD has provide me. A big shout out to Sabina, the manager for her amazing kindness and exemplary world class customer service. The area outside can be a little bit challenging to navigate, because of the amount of people walking around, but other than that I highly recommend this location.“

“Wow, I was surprised but it was pleasant inside Dunkin. Considering that it is located in Brownsville and believe it or not, Brownsville Brooklyn is coming up. Well Mother Gaston still is not my recommendation for anyone who wants to just go hangout or go for a stroll, there are still many drug dealers there. I live in the neighborhood so I feel I can go anywhere. All in all it felt as if I was somewhere else.“

The store has much improved on their service and availability of items, they have not been out of specific things in the last few months

Constantly out of things that should be BASIC ordering, like any other type of milk besides whole. Always messes up mobile orders, manager needs to be fired because this place doesn’t know how to keep even hash browns or wake up wraps in stock“

“It's a takeout place, but it's your typical Dunkin donuts, they have all the usuals. They are attached to Key Food Supermarket and inside a strip mall so there is always plenty of parking. The lines are usually 3-5 people deep but they work pretty quick. The wait times are not too bad. I would recommend this as your morning stop if you're into Dunkin or you can grab something on your way out after shopping.

“Breakfast was amazing. I ordered the (#2) sage sausage home-fries. My server (cathy) blew my mind away from the conversation to the coffee. Her salmon croquettes were everything she said they would be.The coffee shop still has that relaxing atmosphere that you will expect from a small town diner. “The coffee was very good, they have very good service and the store was clean overall. I ordered a coffee with the breakfast sand which coupon. I told the worker I was using a coupon and that I also needed the free sandwhich and he agreed. When I got my order I only got my coffee and I was waiting for my sandwhich. He started telling me I never told him I needed the sandwhich when I clearly did. Other than that the experience was wonderful.“

“This is my go-to Dunkin spot. Convenient location and staff is always on point. Very friendly and accommodating, and always providing great service. Sometimes they get a high volume of customers, but they’re able to deliver quick and efficiently - never had a wrong order given to me.

Management is also great and helps ensure all staff members are treated like a team. One feedback I’d provide is to probably to have a dedicated coffee staff who handles all drink orders separately while the rest of the staff focuses on other things (I’ve seen this structure work very efficiently in Manhattan, specifically in very busy locations). But either way, friendly service, great vibes, and a hard working pool of staff.“

“What I like the most about this location is the variety of choices. I like the turkey, egg and cheese on a croissant. I will admit, the turkey patty could be bigger...that was the only disappointing factor of that sandwich. My decaf coffee is made to perfection, but the staff could be a little more enthusiastic.“

“This is the best Dunkin Donuts I've been to in my life. I bought some food next door and had no place to sit. I noticed there was seating at this Dunkin and remembered I had enough points for a free beverage. I went in and there were two gentlemen on shift. A younger one and an older one. The younger one was very diligent in mopping the floor. As I was checking out with my free drink and a donut I wanted, the older man noticed something was off (as did I) with the order total. The young man came over and spoke to him in their common language that I didn't understand (not English) to help the older man understand what happened and what buttons to press on the register. The older man paid careful attention to the younger man's instruction. So after I paid, I made my way to sit down across from some young teenager. A high schooler. Before I made it to my seat, the younger employee told me to be careful as I walked back and not slip on the wet floor. I sat down waiting for my drink order. When I got up to get it and fetch a straw, the young man was all like "don't worry, step on through, I'll have this place spotless by the time we close." While I was eating, the man politely asked if the kid could pick up his backpack so he could clean under and around the area. He noticed there was a bat sticking out of the backpack and they got to chatting about what school he went to and position he played; offered some advice. When the kid was about to leave he wished him well and said good luck with high school (because of course...high school y'know). I continued eating my meal and a small child came in with his mother. Again he made sure to get their attention about the wet floor. The small child started taking slow almost tip toeing steps haha. Then another regular customer came in that was Hispanic...they had a small chat. The young employee was telling him that he wants to learn Spanish so he can better communicate with customers. I thought that was cool. As I sat there finishing up my meal, I thought to myself....with everything going on in the world...these two individuals were dead set on excelling on a singular work day. The young man wasn't worried about yesterday or tomorrow or next week, or next month. He was thinking about today and only today and how to make it the best work day for everyone. I could hear it in his voice. The dedication. The whole dichotomy of the two employees I found beautiful. This Dunkin Donuts is an important part of the community, without a doubt. I'm glad I walked in.“

“This little Dunkin Donuts is efficient, well kept, friendly to all who come in and serves up well made coffees & tasty donuts. All is well here but parking outside can be dicey at certain busy times but the good thing is that customers don't stay too long so parking is always available. Restrooms are clean and functionable. Dunkin is always good for an afternoon pickme up so if you can find a nice DD location...stick with it and be a loyal customer.“

“Small shop is inside gas station. It is very busy because it also located between Grant Ave Subway pass. station and Sutter Ave building complex. Pastries is fresh and when more than one batista to serve the line move faster. Good location for snack and breakfast.“
