The facility inside is elegant but not too fancy, and the seperation of the spaces into different rooms and ballrooms is so well thought out. Each room is unique and charming. But what was most impressive was the staff and service. Their attentiveness was top notch -- you can really tell that every member of the staff wants to do a good job and make sure you have a good time. They ensured that the wedding went smoothly, supplied us continously with great food (even before the wedding started), and were always kind and pleasant. “In doing an Aperol Spritz themed bridal shower for my daughter we rented the Aperol spritz tricycle from Dolce & Gelato. I started contacting Gino Parente the minute my daughter got engaged.? I’m an earlier planner. Gino was so responsive and so kind immediately. Nothing was a problem for him. He is unbelievable with communicating, I called him at least 15 times. ?. He takes the time out to speak to you as if you are his only customer. A truly professional man to work with . On the day of the shower the tricycle was decorated beautifully with fake flowers and the bar attendant Katherine was fantastic! My daughter and our guests had an absolute blast getting drinks from the cart and taking photos. So much fun! I’ll definitely be using Gino’s company Dolce & Gelato again! “From my bride: Book this venue NOW. The Royalton Mansion is a hidden gem that is absolutely beautiful, the food is amazing, and the staff is so kind. We were blown away by EVERYTHING. Mike and Arturo have been amazing since the first day we stepped in the front door to tour the Royalton. They truly make you feel like family. Communication has been very clear and they made us feel right at home. From that first conversation, everything was about us. We were able to make the Royalton our dream wedding and they never said no to any idea or ask.All of our guests have said this is the best wedding they have ever been to. Perhaps better in the summer time if there is outdoor space to help with seating etc. Overall, I had a great time, the music was lively and the energy of the staff and DJ was refreshing. I didn't like the fact that you don't get an actual receipt while dining at the tables (you do get one at the bar). So it's difficult to analyze what you're being charged. The fact that gratuity was included was not disclosed so you could tip twice if that wasn't your intention.“
