“I want to love 5 guys. I have only visited them twice. I’m most disappointed that all burgers are cooked well done. My first was well done, dry and not juicy. My second was much better. It’s a step up from fast food burgers for sure but something is missing for me. I’ll try again every once in a while.“

“Crazy how much prices have increased for food. This location has one really great employee that's exceptional however the food order is often incorrect and we have to go back in to get the correct order. The drive thru, around rush hour times gets very crowded and at times seems dangerous for the other drivers going in and out of that shopping complex.“

“Please bring back the indoors play area. People stay longer and spend more especially during the winter months. It is rare that I stop at a McDonald's. I don't expect much from fast food and now with the high prices I did not plan on eating here. At this McDonald's the employees are very nice service was fast and it is a newer McDonald's and very clean. Food was ok and I did not get sick after which usually happens with most fast food places.

Kid-friendliness: Employees were working hard, got our order right the first time, very nice and fast with our order. They deserve all deserve a raise. I wish McDonald's would serve a better quality of food. It was prepared and cooked fine so not the restaurants fault they only serve what McDonald's approves and sends.“

“Here’s a decent McDonald’s location in the Rochester area with a clean spacious interior and good deals to be had.

We had the $5 meal deal that included a Junior Chicken, 4 McNuggets, fries and a drink. It was delivered to our table hot and in short fashion. Happy Meal here also provided half & half of mini fries and apple slices.

Even the service was friendly, with the manager informing us to let him know if we needed anything else.“
