“Good restaurant if you crave for warm soup during winter. You gave good variety of choices of noodle and topping and broth. They have a special kind of bowl that keep it warm. It is like your personal hot pot without wasting food. I can go there everyday and eat same kind of noodle with different broth and toppings and never get bored.

Besides that, you get free appetizer and drink during weekday lunch!”

I got a jalapeno burger and Cajun fries and I only had cash and I was short, so I told them to take the fries off and they didn’t charge me for it but they put the fries in the box and just gave it to me.. The employees were super nice and went out of their way to pull and extra table for us. I loved the authentic atmosphere. The lighting, decor, and the overall feeling of the restaurant was great! Definitely worth stopping by if you are craving for Hong Kong snacks/dim sum, noodles or rice dishes. The only thing is that they only use single use plastics :( even if you are dining in. Still sounds reasonable but when you only get 3 to 4 bites of a hamburger it is starting to get to a point if it's still worth it. The drive thru lane is very tight. There are only a few parking spots on a very, very busy intersection of Bayside.”

All the takeout food is house-made, with a great variety of banchan (side dishes) and authentic snacks. I tried a unique banchan with jellyfish, papaya, turnip, and carrots—it was refreshing and perfectly crunchy. I also had pancakes, pork dumplings, and chicken over rice, all of which were delicious. The chicken rice bowl was served warm, which I really appreciated. I’ll definitely be back to try more items.”

She made sure that we were well taken care of in every way. All our dietary restriction were met. The Owner, Dennis was very nice and accommodating from day one. He made sure we had a great time. Gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan you name it, it’s all clearly listed on the menu, making it easy for everyone to find something delicious. The sweet potato fries are always perfectly cooked and so tasty. On top of that, the service is amazing. Sadia, in particular, is incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely cares about making sure customers leave happy. I highly recommend Bareburger for anyone looking for a delicious, inclusive, and welcoming burger experience.”

Clean inside.
Each pork tonkatsu 9/10 meal comes with a cream soup 9/10.
If you want, you can get more rice but it’s an extra charge.
The portions are a decent size for one person but if you order to go - it seems like they give you less and it doesn’t taste as good as with any crisp and fried food items - so I don’t recommend it.”

The syrup and condensed milk were very sweet, but the middle was still a bit tasteless. place. The ingredients are not very sweet in comparison. There are four ingredients: mochi, taro balls, aiyu and glutinous rice balls, which are quite rich. There are two floors with seating. The layout on the second floor is very elegant and the environment is not bad.”

I was surprised to see reviews about the food lacking flavor. I do not agree with this. They are not a gourmet restaurant. They serve healthy food and they have large portions. The prices are competitive for the area. The store is clean and the owners are very nice people. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a quick healthy meal!”

“11/8/2025 I tried the Just Salad in Bayside, and it tasted just as amazing as the one I had in Garden City! The restaurant was nice, clean, and bright — I loved the wall art and welcoming vibe.
One thing I really appreciate is that they ask how you want your dressing: light, medium, or heavy. Of course, I said heavy, because that Cilantro Lime Vinaigrette is so lovely! I honestly can’t imagine a salad without it — I’m officially in love with this bowl. 🥗💚
My only concern was the meat toppings being kept in tin holders — it made me wonder how long they’d been sitting there. Hopefully it’s a quick turnover and everything is freshly prepped, because food safety is important. As someone with allergies, I’m extra mindful about what I eat and where I eat.
Next time, I’ll go meat-free and make my protein at home, but I’ll definitely be back for that fresh, flavorful salad. This was my first time dining inside (the other times I ordered delivery to work), and it reminded me how important it is to visit the places that make our food.

The flavourful meats with fresh veggies and feta, with or without sauces, all combined with the unique bread is a great new dinning experience unlike anything else.
