“My girlfriend and I had dinner here in the Summer, and I have been meaning to write a review ever since. The experience was...perfect. The decor, atmosphere, the server, the service, and the absolutely delicious food. But the piece de resistance was... The Biscuit. We couldn't even speak; we just smiled because we knew we were experiencing the Biscuit of All Biscuits. Did I mention how wonderful and gracious the owner is!!“

“This is by far my favorite bar. Not only do they make great drinks, they create a welcoming atmosphere for all. People hang out with their kids and their dogs while enjoying a good drink (and great food). It is LGBT friendly and everyone is amazing.“

“My daughter loves this place and encouraged my husband and I to go. My husband ordered the salmon bowl and we ordered the glass noodle sesame one. An honest mistake was made on my daughters and my husbands had sesame seeds that was not noted in description and he should not eat. I never send anything back and felt weird doing it but went up to a woman at the bar and who was so nice about it and made two new bowls immediately. The young man was so kind about it as well. The food is so healthy and tasty. I had the best green tea next door I have ever had and I drink green tea every day. We will be back. What a beautiful spot and great staff“

“Dined here with my family tonight for the first time and we ALL loved everything about Hudson Taco. We started with a large order of guacamole that was really good followed by many tacos, two bowls, street corn, a side of beans and a side of fried plantains. We loved everything that we ordered and look forward to returning soon. Also, I wish that I could remember our servers name because she was just that good! “We traveled 2 hours for this restaurant. The best food in town! We know good Guatemalan food and believe me, this place is great. We could hear the chef making the tortillas in the kitchen. What a treat! The entire restaurant and restrooms were very clean. We would definitely make the 2 hour drive again. We are definitely taking food home with us.“
