“We order a bunch of cookies. They were prefect for what we needed and they were extremely accommodating. During our party the folks eating the cookies were in aww of the cookies and wanted to know where we order them from. I told them Bella’s bake shop in Mount Kisco. We have also purchased bread from them at a farmers market and it was delicious! Will continue to purchase products from them. Staff are extremely nice!“

These desserts don’t only look beautiful they’re tasty too. Even the decorated sugar cookies! Jess was very responsive and the items were available for pickup during the time range as promised. They were made to be kept at room temperature which makes transport/storing before a big event so easy.“

Kate not only took the time to chat with us, but actually disappeared into the back for several minutes and returned with a container of starter for us to take home. She treated it like no big deal, but to us it was such a kind and thoughtful gesture — the sort of small-town generosity you don’t often find in larger cities. Kate went above and beyond, and we left not only with a starter, but with a big smile and a genuine appreciation for her warmth.“

“Raphael's Bakery is the absolute best! I was in town from NorCal and I stopped by to meet a friend in Greenwich. I had some time to kill so I started asking Charlotte about why my homemade sourdough bread wasn't successful. She called Raphael over who, while he didn't share his secret receipe, he helped me understand the reasons why my bread wasn't full of air and getting any "oven lift." They were both so gracious with their time and experience......I hope they will consider offering cooking classes at some point. Absolute class act people!“

“I am genuinely surprised by some of the negative reviews. I decided to visit the bakery on a whim because my usual one was closed, and I was needed a cake and some sweets. I had the chance to meet one of the owners, who was incredibly sweet and friendly. She was incredibly patient as I placed my order, which included a multitude of items. My family and I were happy with the cake, and the mini chocolate, passionfruit, and mixed berry mouse cakes that we ate. Not to mention, I also got a loaf of bread, which was sooo tasty!! I will definitely be back!“

“Springdale bakery is on to something! Their bread is ridiculously good. I placed an order and it was on my doorstep the next morning, freshly baked. It reminds me of the crazy good bread you get for breakfast in Europe. We have so far eaten it toasted with butter and honey and with split pea soup.I’ve got all kinds of crazy ideas for this bread…including toasting it and crumbling it on top of Mac and cheese.Already placed my next order. “So been here alot before i started writing reviews. In The Summer during the Thornwood car show, my parents and i can be seen eating their italian ices, which are very good. They also have cakes, pastries, and i believe i tasted my first almond horn from here, and it was good! Also once brought a pint to use for my 18th/Graduation party a few years ago. Inside, they do have chairs and tables where one can sit if they want.
Went here on Saturday August 10th 2024 while at the Thornwood car show with my parents. We were there to get italian ices. Staff was pleasant, and asked what we wanted right away. I got a Cotton Candy Italian ice, and my mom got lemon, and my dad got chocolate. We paid with cash, as they charge for using a credit card. Italian ices were very good! as we enjoyed them! We hope to be back soon!“

I've been here multiple times already n its sooo good I forget to drop a review every time! 🤬

Let me start off by saying this cute unassuming shop is harboring one of the best kept secrets in all of westchester county!

The team behind this elevated bakeshop are autogoated! Its not even a competition as to the level of the desserts here...

The shop itself is quaint, offering enough space for like 5-6 ppl inside (honestly how there isn't a line out the door boggles)

The smell inside is pure decadence and the display cases are the main attraction the second you walk in..

The gelatos loom phenomenal and as many times as I have been i still haven't tested em out... the cakes always suck me into a vortex of sugar comas

These desserts are beyond stunning to look at and the taste is 10× above that so execution is an absolute walking bucket.

The dacquoise layer in one of they signature options is probably the best version of that classic French cake i have ever tasted. The balance and quality of each option is mind blowing

I literally can't rave enough or begin to do it just outside of standing in the street w/a megaphone yellin at passerbys to pull up and slice me down!!

I would gladly be there spokesperson if fed a steady diet of canelé, im...just...sayin!!

“The bagels here are some of the best I've ever had! My favorite is the blueberry. The service is great and they are happy to toast and cut your bagel however you like. They will wrap up your items nicely and offer you extra bags if you want, it's always such a good experience! They also have a variety of cream cheeses; lox, strawberry, plain, etc.

The pastries and baked goods are hit or miss for me. The linzer cookies are great but the cakes aren't my favorite. I suppose they have something for everyone.

After the war Washington had his headquarters in Newburgh , while the British took their time leaving in New York City harbor, so to be notified if the British were coming back up the Hudson River. Washington put single fire 🔥 along the Hudson, so eventually he would see flames and get troops ready for battle again. The Hill behind the main house, is where one of those fires 🔥 was to be lit.
