“The kitchen is small, but the flavors are big at the Playhouse Cafe. It’s unbelievable what they are capable of creating — this is not your typical movie theater cafe. Great cocktails, a full coffee shop (my favorite place to work on the weekends while the kids catch a movie), the charcuterie board is fabulous, the muffaletta is my favorite sandwich. My kids love the tater tots and chicken fingers. Don’t miss the churro bites for dessert! Best of all — you never need a movie ticket to eat in the cafe, but if you are seeing a movie — you can bring your food/drinks into the theater. Sure beats regular popcorn!Also, trivia nights and live music are so fun — not to be missed!

During our party the folks eating the cookies were in aww of the cookies and wanted to know where we order them from. I told them Bella’s bake shop in Mount Kisco. “I usually go here at night when I’m washing my laundry at Newfield Green and need a night snack in between. The service is always so kind. Sometimes they are busy or may not have what you may want but think about it. Its late night and they didnt get their delivery yet. Other than that 10/10 would recommend. Ive gone here a few times during the day. Service still great as well.

Parking: Free parking lot that pertains to the property. Of course as stated in any other parking lot no 24h parking and violators will be towed.

“We have had delicious food on multiple occasions at Jay Street Bistro. My friend has Celiac disease-which means she can’t have gluten. We have been able to have lunch there on several occasions. Ed (manager/waiter) was very attentive and super nice, friendly and helpful in making sure we got the correct food. All of the staff we interacted with was very nice.
Things were so delicious that I brought my husband and grandson back for breakfast the following day.

“Visited this establishment recently. service was okay. this blonde girl with glasses was asking if i had seen her duck. i was slightly concerned for her wellbeing, as she showed me a picture of the duck and it was rubber. i said i haven’t seen it. there was also a beautiful lady twerking behind the counter. i asked if i could have the ice spice drink, and she told me they don’t have it anymore. i cried when i went home. drink and food was great. this was a disturbing visit. i loved it. i’m never coming back here.“

“This place is the best for delicious smoothies, already prepared Vegan lunches to go or to stay, and most of all, the staff. Melanie and Chelsea were so sweet and accommodating. They gave us the best suggestions for smoothies and took the time to ask us what we wanted and were in the mood for. I find when driving by the place that it looks like it might be closed. It's kind of dark and drab looking from the exterior. I suggest to the owner that he puts a neon sign with some movement and color on the left side of the storefront, where it is dark and drab. This would catch people's eyes when driving by.“
