“The kitchen is small, but the flavors are big at the Playhouse Cafe. It’s unbelievable what they are capable of creating — this is not your typical movie theater cafe. Great cocktails, a full coffee shop (my favorite place to work on the weekends while the kids catch a movie), the charcuterie board is fabulous, the muffaletta is my favorite sandwich. My kids love the tater tots and chicken fingers. Don’t miss the churro bites for dessert! Best of all — you never need a movie ticket to eat in the cafe, but if you are seeing a movie — you can bring your food/drinks into the theater. Sure beats regular popcorn!Also, trivia nights and live music are so fun — not to be missed!

We had one yesterday that was delicious, creamy, smooth and had divine chocolate notes. Cup sizing is great too (small = 2 shots, medium = 3 shots, large = 4 shots). They do coffee right in a way that most coffee shops do not!! Staff are always welcoming and kind. Wonderful seating on front porch. Book selection is also great and they will order any book for you! “We order a bunch of cookies. They were prefect for what we needed and they were extremely accommodating. During our party the folks eating the cookies were in aww of the cookies and wanted to know where we order them from. I told them Bella’s bake shop in Mount Kisco. “I’ve been here a few times now and honestly, this location should be the blueprint for the others. The staff is consistently friendly, patient, kind, and genuinely helpful. That alone goes a long way.

This spot is always clean, the drive-thru moves smoothly and efficiently, and most of the time my order is spot on. Even on the rare occasion something is off, the food still tastes good and they are always willing to make it right without any attitude.

I’ve tried a mix of items so far, wraps, drinks, and donuts. On my most recent visit, I had a double sausage egg and cheese wrap with American cheese, peppers, and onions. I asked for black pepper instead of green peppers, but it came with green peppers anyway. That said, it was still very good. Stuffed, cheesy, savory, juicy, and served hot, which is what really matters.

“The store and bathrooms are very clean and the staff is nice. Prices are better than Dunkin and the donuts are as good or better. Coffee is much better and made in a machine fresh. Around $15 for a dozen donuts. $3 for coffee. I have been there multiple times lately.

“I stop at this Dunkin whenever I’m in the area. The staff is friendly, they always make my food and drink to my exact liking and keep the line moving when the store gets crowded while maintaining top service. A specific crew member I’d like to shoutout is Darwin. He greets every customer with a smile and does not get overwhelmed when there is a long line and does a great job of multitasking on register, drinks and the food station. As a former Dunkin employee myself, he provides the level of service I would strive to provide if I was still employed there. I would highly recommend this location.“

“The atmosphere is casual and friendly with an eclectic assortment of tables and artwork. Seating is very European where tables are shared among different guests. I would not recommend the smoothies. We tried the spinach, avocado, peanut butter and banana smoothie. Honestly, it tasted like water with a peanut butter flavoring. However, we did enjoy the food during our visit. We had a vegan donut, the tofu bowl, and the falafel wrap. The bowl and wrap are on the small side but were both very tasty. The donut was of course sweet and delicious! This is a fun place to sit back, relax and enjoy time with a friend. There are even games available to play - checkers, chess, and tic tac toe were on our table.
