“We grew up in NY. We moved to Lancaster, Pennsylvania. We have never found pizza that we could eat here and enjoy. (I've had pizza at Frank Pepe's in CT- I'm spoiled.) We were visiting family in Mount Kisco and stopped in for a pie to take back home with us. Best decision EVER! Wood fired- crunchy crust that held up to our toppings- sausage and mushrooms. Pizza was tangy, good cheese cover, and the crust just snapped when eaten. You made us very happy and we will come back again when we are in the area. I only wish that I could transport a clone to our area. Thanks for the fine food and the memories. #5!!“

“I left an emotional review the other day when my online pizza order was incorrect- user error apparently, I don’t know how to remove it, so I wanted to give an update. The OWNER of the business took time out of his day to come to my house to explain and apologize for the mistake. I guess I clicked on the cheese on 1/2, when I thought it was extra cheese (as it was a large cheese pizza). Honest mistake for the pizza maker who also answered the phone and was a bit overwhelmed but a very sure housewife, asking why the pizza was naked, w an angry 6yr old asking me “how could this happen??? I looooove Bronx house…” Drama. So, I take it back- and am so happy we can keep ordering from this establishment. My kid loves the pizza, and it’s super quick and conveniently located by the hockey rink… lesson learned, just call. Us dinosaurs are no good at online ordering.“

“This is my reward for taking the kids to the pediatric office (just across the street) It’s got everything you’re craving, but the breakfast is my personal favorite. I love their egg sandwiches and the breakfast burrito can’t be beat. I’m always impressed by the speedy service, cleanliness and excellent food choices and quality!“

“West Lane just catered a conference event with 250 women. Not one complaint! Food was perfect. The offerings were amazing. Details were outstanding for our guests including Gluten Free/Vegetarian guests. Lunch arrived on time, presentation was beautiful, and Kosta was so professional and polite. He is humble, professional and you can tell a lot of attention was given to our order. Excellence and quality at its best! Every guest commented on how delicious the lunch was.“

However, a few weeks ago I found myself without side dishes for Sunday dinner - and I ordered salads, broccoli rabe and a few other items and they were excellent. “Just left a crazy Thursday night at IL Forno. What a fun and enjoyable evening we had. We walked in with no reservations and the manager snuck us right in and we even got to the listen to an amazing singer. We have been here a few times, this was by far the most fun we had. Everyone was laughing. The staff which seems to be plenty was having a good time. The manager and Owners kept walking around and making sure all was good and everyone was happy. I called the restaurant immediately and the man who answered had a very hard time believing that the chef who's been there for 30 years sent out raw chicken. I sent pictures to him. No reply. I am very sick today. I called the restaurant this morning and explained the situation again to a much nicer man who at least apologized and said he'd have a manager call me shortly when they got in. No manager has called. Nicks Pizza made me sick, refused to believe their chef sent me raw chicken...and I gave them plenty of time to make it right. With their lack of response or even care for this matter, I feel I now am left with no other choice but to post this review of my experience. I've been sick all day and have pictures of the pink/translucent chicken I ate from here to prove it. I am a long time customer however will never be back.“
