“Guess what? We had a blast at the 50th high school reunion of Wantagh HS class of 1975! It was held at the Hartigan house in Bethpage, and it was absolutely incredible! Kevin, the manager and his team went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. We had an open bar, and the bartenders were making all sorts of delicious drinks like chocolate martinis and cosmos. It was one of the best reunions we’ve ever had, and we can’t thank the Hartigan House enough for making it so special. The service was flawless, the food was delicious, and the place was beautiful and immaculate. They make it look so easy! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“

“Nestled in a neighborhood, Maya is a jewel! The service was amazing. Quick, welcoming and happy to answer any questions. The decorations are super cute. “We couldn’t have asked for a better catering team for our wedding! From the very beginning, they went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect. The food was absolutely incredible our guests are still raving about it and the presentation was beautiful.
What really stood out was the level of care and professionalism they brought to our day. They were attentive, organized, and handled everything seamlessly so we didn’t have to worry about a thing. You could tell they genuinely cared about making our wedding special, and they truly delivered.

“We certainly picked the right caterer for our backyard wedding. From the beginning of planning the menu to the event everything was perfect. Danielle was amazing to work with planning the menu to suit our budget. Making adjustments as needed. Joe and Danielle came out the week before to view the site and give advice on how to set things up. The day of the event they were amazing. Came in took charge and handled everything so I could enjoy the day. The food and staff were amazing. I got complements on everything!!!! The event was everything we imagined and more!“

“Just left Roccos Pizza and had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Pete. He’s an absolutely gentleman and I wish him and the new pizzeria plenty of luck. I just say that the place was immaculately clean and has an old school Italy feel to it. Tried the Drunken Grandma Pie and it was delicious! It clearly has a homemade sauce and was made with the freshest of ingredients. They also have a great family meal deal where you get a pie, a dozen knots and a dozen wings. I’ll be looking to get that for Sunday football in the weeks to come! I will absolutely be back to try all the other food that Roccos has to offer! **Highly recommend**“

“AMAZING!! Totally wowed by Chef Melanie in creating a super special birthday celebration for our family! We were 7 adults and 5 kids under 5 years of age and she served up a triple appetizer platter for pre-dinner cocktails as well as a plated 3 course dinner for each of us in my home with a well thought out menu we helped created with her. The food was unbelievable - surf & turf for adults with a specially prepared kid friendly dinner as well -- ending with a mouthwatering mousse cake! Utmost professional service, totally prepared and served by a warm, friendly, attentive waitress, Victoria. They were a dynamic team and I can't say enough about sitting back and having these wonderful women do all the work as we sat back to enjoy the celebration. When they left all was cleaned as though they were never there! I highly recommend Chef Melanie and her team! She helped our family create a memory for all of us that will last forever!THANK YOU!!“

“My mom threw my baby shower at her home this past weekend. During the planning process we reached out to the world of Facebook for recommendations. We heard the culinary studio mentioned multiple times so we went with them. We are so glad we did. The food was incredible. The staff was perfect and not overbearing at all. They maybe had one or two questions for us at the beginning and then let my mom and I just enjoy the party. Everyone raved about the quality of the food, and they were right, it was delicious. When they were done the leftovers were packed away and ready for us to continue to enjoy the next day. Thank you for making my shower a day I will never forget.“

“The Coral House is a grandiose experience. It emits a unique sense of style and elegance suitable for a wedding. But, it does have a few cracks.
The lighting and overall atmosphere is incredible! When you think of the highlights of a wedding venue, the Coral House should be a strong consideration.
There was a wide selection of food and drink, and the rooftop area for cocktail hour leans in to the New York wedding experience. For some reason, people cannot deny drinking and eating while looking over the gorgeous lake the Coral House rests next to.
I’ll also state, the overall service was great!
Now for the cracks. While the “vibes” are great, there is still a lot of unsightly corners. For example, the rooftop bar broke the level of elegance by letting us see into the dingy corners of that room. A few curtains, some dimmer lights, and maybe some other set dressings would have made the experience just that much tighter. A venue is not just about the view, it is also about the presentation.
Besides those little bits, I think The Coral House deserves to be on the short list of wedding venues.“

He does an amazing job, and made the process simple, stress-free, and all at a very competitive price.The food was amazing and there was nothing but compliments from friends and family about how well the venue was set up and how great the service was.Brian has the resources and skill to host a wide variety of events, large or small, and has a very capable staff.His food was delicious, and he was readily able to accommodate various dietary restrictions for our guests.I especially appreciated how his contract for the wedding package was simple, straightforward, extremely accommodating to our needs, and there were no surprises.Brian is very down to earth and makes himself readily available over phone, email, and in person.We were absolutely impressed with how EASY he made everything for us.In the weeks leading up to the wedding, Brian went above and beyond for us repeatedly and truly made us feel like VIPs. Every promise made was delivered and then some.Could not have asked for a better experience. “We celebrated my daughter’s Quinceañera in December and I am beyond happy I chose this catering hall for this unforgettable event! A special shout out to Diane and the Maitre D that helped us out every step of that way during the party! They listened to us and accommodated all of our requests.
