“Champagne House has become our go to place! Discovered this gem a few months ago and never disappoints! Decided to go with our waiter Jason’s recommendation Bourbon Street Steak. WOW just WOW It was out of this world. My husband ordered French Onion Pizzetta that to is just as delicious. Glad before we left the Chef came from kitchen speaking to other patrons and we were able to tell him how much we enjoyed our meal this evening as well as our earlier visits Highly recommend!!“

“I cannot say enough about the Library Cafe, the staff and the food! We had a 50th Birthday Party in the upstairs private room overlooking the bar. The food was delicious and there was PLENTY of it! The bar/wait staff was both attentive and quick getting to all of us! The party was perfect right down to the music which they let us pick! Definitely having more events at the Library!“

“If I had to give a honest rating, it would be 3.5. The service and atmosphere are top notch. We ordered two appetitzers - the raw clams which were fresh and delicious, but the oysters Rockefeller were a little dry. My friend ordered a steak, which they overcooked but they made the mashed potatoes exactly as requested. I ordered the chicken cordon bleu, which was good but not great. For dessert we ordered a chocolate mousse cake, which light - not overly sweet and delicious. We will definitely give them another try because the ambiance and service were excellent.“

For a new establishment I guess I was expecting a bit more … maybe ask if we had been there before? Check back to see how our food was( it was outstanding), we got more help from the water girl Had to ask to clear table. Had to ask for check from the water girl? The server had much support. Seems she took our order and disappeared. But the server assistants were on point. Dinner was really good. We will go back… because of the food. Even the manager walked pasted us a dozen times. There were 6 tables.. perfect time for manager to mingle… just saying. Place is very nice, great menu too. Just left feeling ignored. Nice music too. Maybe the server was having a bad day? All the staff members were welcoming and accommodating....the facilities were clean, drinks were good and there was bar food available that night. “Perfect little cozy spot for Breakfast/ Lunch with a European Atmosphere, spacious with seating that allows privacy and comfort.
Breakfast was great , I loved the touch of Lettuce on the plate which was tasty along with the potatoes and Eggs . The only thing that bothered me was the Bill which much to my surprise was $ 5.00 for a small cup of coffee.. that added $ 10 for my friend and myself. The issue is NOWHERE on the menu is it listed .. Our Waiter David was attentive and pleasant, but he should have mentioned that a cup of coffee is extra or offered a glass of Orange juice .. I’ll go there again because I really like the place and it’s close to my home .. next time I’ll ask if the glass of water they put in the table is in place of a nice morning cup of coffee…“

“We moved off Long Island over 8 years ago and always loved la Parma when we lived here even though it was an hour drive for us to enjoy the amazing food. This time when we came up to visit for Christmas we knew we had to get there for a great dinner. I can easily say it still is one of the best places to get amazing Italian food around. The Chicken Napoli was phenomenal and there is nothing like their penne à la vodka! The drinks were great and service was top notch. We also happened to go the day after Christmas when we got lots of snow and the car valet even brushed off our car! Danny was absolutely fantastic to work with—he was incredibly helpful, communicative, kind, and accommodating throughout the entire planning process. As many of my followers know, I don’t believe in one-and-done restaurant reviews. Real opinions come from returning multiple times to understand the consistency, quality, and service over time. That’s how a restaurant earns the label of being truly great.

Last night we returned to Piccolo and once again it delivered.

A warm greeting, a quick stop at the bar, running into friends for some laughs, and then a beautiful dinner with my wife in one of Huntington’s most charming dining rooms. Even with a lively crowd, the atmosphere somehow melts into the background and lets you focus on the moment and the person across the table.

Jeremy took great care of us while Jason stopped by to check in, something that always makes the experience feel personal.

We started with the wedge salad and a thoughtful complimentary tuna tartare that was bright, fresh, and beautifully balanced with avocado.

My wife chose the Orecchiette Caroline — perfectly balanced with hot & sweet sausage, broccoli rabe, tomatoes, garlic and oil.

I went with the weekly special Braised Boneless Beef Short Rib with horseradish cream, rich jus, crispy onions, vegetables and mashed potatoes — tender, flavorful and beautifully presented.

We finished with their house-made carrot cake and cappuccino, which remains one of my favorites.

Piccolo continues to deliver warm hospitality, exceptional food, and that perfect romantic neighborhood atmosphere that keeps us coming back.

Some restaurants you try once.
Others become favorites you return to again and again.

“Went in for breakfast. Our server was decent. Walked away as I was finishing telling him my order, which came out ICE COLD & WRONG!!!! I requested a ham, COOKED/SAUTÉED ONION & American cheese omelet, fries and RYE toast with crispy bacon. My omelet was well done, the onions RAW, fries were ice cold my bacon was not cooked and not there had to tell the runner, and my toast was marble. All this for OVER &50.00!!! The server came by, we were basically finished. Asked how everything was. How would he or the runner know our order. Neither one looked at the order. NEVER AGAIN!!!“

“The owners are the nicest people. We loved the burrata spicy rigatoni pizza ! The focaccia bread is made in house and is delicious ! The Malfadine pasta is a must. We loved the short rib pasta. And you have to finish with the lemon sorbeto it is like you are in the Amalfi coast. We have been here for Mother’s Day pre fix dinner menu the vongole pasta was amazing and the filet mignon! We would love to have our rehearsal dinner here.“

“I enjoyed a Friday night dinner there. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bartenders were very attentive.
The dining room is small,outdoor seating and seating at the bar is available.

They are able to open the large windows in the front of the restaurant and gives an all around al fresco dining experience. It was a very warm day, and I would have preferred air conditioning but it was still nice.

I didn't have a reservation, but was able to sit at the bar. Which was very nice.

They have a good drink menu with nice cocktails and a good selection of wines and beers. I went with a Peroni.

The menu is small but the is a great selection. The roasted chicken wings were delicious, the Uncle Frank's Pizza and the Meatball Pizza were excellent!

I will go back to Uncle Franks but will remember to make a reservation.“

The front desk manager, Stephen, immediately addressed my concern and moved me to a room in a more desirable location. I also found the front desk and concierge lounge employees to be very friendly and helpful. My room service attendant, Holly, made sure my order was as specified and she delivered it with a smile!! I really appreciated her kind demeanor. I felt my business mattered to everyone I came in contact with at this Marriott property and would not hesitate staying here again when my travels bring me back to Long Island.“
