“Husband & I were in the area & decided to stop in for lunch today & glad we did. I had the Lamb Gyro, came w/french fries & Beef Barley soup. Soup was delicious. Gyro had plenty of meat (lamb) w/lettuce, tomatoes & onions. All very fresh. Husband had Falafel which he said was absolutely delicious. We had a great lunch. The staff were very nice and attentive & restaurant was cheerful & clean. We will definitely be coming back to try their dinner next time. Highly recommend Opa Grille.“

“Last night I took my 95 yo dad with my family here, our Go-To Greek restaurant and as always we had another wonderful meal. The grilled octopus, coconut shrimp and the haloumi cheese were all delicious. I had the chicken santorini for the first time and it was amazing as it melted in my mouth. The food is always spot on and most of all we are treated like family. I would recommend "It's Greek to Me" without hesitation.“

“Awesome service from start to finish! The owner and staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and made us feel right at home. You can really tell they care about their customers and take pride in the food they serve.
I ordered the gyro, and without a doubt, it was the best gyro I've ever had! The meat was perfectly seasoned, juicy, and packed with incredible flavor. My favorite part was the tzatziki, they definitely don't skimp on it! They generously slather the gyro with fresh, creamy tzatziki, making every bite absolutely delicious.
My husband ordered the chicken bowl, and it was just as impressive. The rice was perfectly cooked and full of flavor, while the chicken was tender, juicy, and had the perfect crispy finish. We also tried the lemon potatoes, and they were phenomenal, soft on the inside, perfectly seasoned, and bursting with bright lemon flavor.
Everything tasted fresh, homemade, and prepared with care. The portions were generous, prices were fair, and the quality exceeded our expectations. This place has officially become one of our favorite spots, and we'll definitely be coming back again and again. “This restaurant exceeded all of my expectations! The tacos were hands down some of the best I’ve ever had, and the drinks were just as amazing. Everything was packed with flavor and absolutely worth trying.

My only minor complaint was the wait time for both the food and drinks, but honestly, once everything arrived, it was completely worth it. The quality more than made up for the delay.

The food is fresh and delicious and they give you large portions , From the chicken gyro to the spanakopita ( spinach pie). The soups lentil and chicken lemon (avgolemono )are good as well .“

“Stopped in after a wonderful recommendation from my good friend, Garrett. I thought I was in Greece, then I met the family. What a pleasure. Smiles everywhere. The atmosphere, the food and the wine was tops but the service was the best. I think there was a handsome model named Christian was working that night. We had the Mixed Grill which consists of lamb chop, pork chop, skirt steak and chicken. menu says "serves 2" but it easily fed 4, and I don't think I'll finish what I took home in one sitting! Also had the Mixed Grill Vegetable which goes well obviously with the protein dish. Had a Greek beer and a glass of Greek red wine. Very friendly service: the bartender, greeter, our waiter, all gave good vibes. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!“

“Greek Cove Merrick’s lunch special is incredible. Ate the warm pita in the car on the way home! Grilled chicken with a salad and rice. One huge chicken cutlet over a generous portion of delicious rice and a tasty Greek salad- with a grape leaf and feta! I am a very picky eater but this chix was seasoned beautifully, so that if garlic, onion or rosemary(my triple threat) was used, it all blended together perfectly so that even I could not pick out the offensive spice. Amazingly, the yogurt sauce is also tasty( I hate yogurt sauce;usually throw it away). Forgot to tell them not to give it to me, so as not to waste it, but I’m glad I forgot! All of this, and a lot of smiling happy employees, for $12.99 cash. Wowza.“

Most of the wait staff hired are in high school or college, making this a good place to go to if you’re looking to support neighborhood kids. The owner is a kind, respected member of the local town who goes above and beyond to give back to the community. 10/10 highly recommend.“
