Yes it’s a bar but when dining there (3 or 4 times a week) there are more people drinking water and soda than alcoholic beverages. Family oriented The staff is the best. The best Friday night fish fry !After our sons death they gladly served us after the funeral so his family and friends could gather and remember precious memories. “Okay, first of all…this place has the best garbage bowl I’ve ever had in my life..and that’s talking Rochester into consideration. 11/10 stars, and then add an extra 2 stars for customer service and atmosphere. They do food truck at the local factories in town, and they act as a host location for different community fundraisers. I Very much recommend giving them a stop by. Many things in life are disappointing, but a trip to J and Bs bull dog cafe is not one of them! 🤌“

The garbage bowl is the only one that I have had the remotely came the closest to the Nick Taho's garbage bowl that I have ever had. And the homemade Root Beer has a taste like no other Root Beer that I, myself personally have ever tasted in my almost 42 years of life. I deffenetally will be recommending J&B's food to all of my friends & family. J&B's has high quality food at fast food prices. Straight up“

She brought us drinks, then came back 5 min later saying the cook is ready to start cooking if we would like to eat early, so we did. Fish was good, my piece was rather thin and greasy, my partner was happy with his. Might go back for there specialty chicken wings.“

They were thoughtful enough to decorate the entire fourier with stuffed animals with bandaids for our wildlife Rehabilitation conference since we take care of injured wildlife! The ENTIRE staff, from check in, to the kitchen and dining staff, to the house keeping were all so very sweet, fun, engaging, polite and helpful. Completely mind blown to see this level of an ENTIRE staff that accommodating. Especially this day and time. So refreshing to know this is even possible to achieve.“

“As a self proclaimed chili’s connoisseur, I must say that this here chilis is the most wondrous food consumption facility that has ever crossed my paths. The service was absolutely fantastic. Honestly the best service I have gotten at any restaurant that I can remember. I wish I remembered both of my servers names but I can only think of Natalie at the moment. Regardless, everyone there was incredible! 10/10“

“There was quite a line when we walked in and the manager, Amanda, always had a smile on her face the entire time. She greeted each customer with a cheerful welcome and treated each person with kindness and respect. She also walked around and asked everyone if everything was good. Amanda is a fantastic manager at the Horseheads, NY Dairy Queen!
