“My first time I ate from gustito was was Sunday January 6th about 3 days after it opened. I had a sandwich called “ Riky” it was amazing . Although I’m from the Dominican Republic I never had it. Today Sunday January 13th I ordered a shrimp mofongo , Salmon and chicharrones de pollos, all a hit. Gustito will definitively be a favorite Restaurant in sleepy hallow . Best of luck to the chef Ramon Rodriguez owner and Lourdes Rodriguez.“

“Brand new place, didn’t even have the menu up yet when I walked in. I found it while driving through sleepy hollow during my work day and wanted to grab something to go with my lunch. Empanadas were on point! crisp, not greasy and a real treat. Food and owners were cool guys, definitely will return to check out the menu.“

“The Parrot Restaurant in Yonkers is one of the best Spanish restaurants in the area. They offer amazing family meals at unbelievable prices. Unlike others, their food is incredibly fresh. For example, even the white rice tastes like it was made the same day. The beans are very well-seasoned, and when you order the bean stew, you'll be pleasantly surprised to find carrots and potatoes—ingredients often overlooked at many Spanish restaurants.

Their empanadas are made to order, meaning they don't sit under a heat lamp; they are freshly prepared when you order them. The freshness and quality of their food are truly unmatched. “This a cute Dominican restaurant. The food is delicious and on point. I had a mangu with los 3s golpes and it was enough for 2. They do have lunch and dinner food as well. You you are in the area and looking for authentic Dominican food, then this is the spot. They also have cute tables and a great atmosphere.“

“Very lively restaurant. The food portions were enough to fill you up. The only things that threw me off was how the food was brought over and how the tipping was laid out. I had a party of 5 so our food was brought by each individual plate even if said party members ordered the same thing. The tip part was confusing because it wasn't listed. We only found out after we asked that should probably be something that should be mentioned beforehand to avoid future confusions. However, the food was cooked with great flavor. I really enjoyed the Mofongo con Chicharrón. It was very delicious, it is very heavy and made up for my missed meal haha. My party got the Zapote, coconut, tamarind and parcha(I believe that's what it was called) drinks, they were savory. Will be going back for a heavy meal. “AMAZING! Customer service and food quality was 5/5 stars!I ordered lunch for my office and each one of us was able to eat a dinner sized portion for under $10 a person! I called and spoke with a really nice gentlemen, who was super nice and helpful when it came to choosing what I wanted to order. I ended up ordering a family combo (beef ribs, pork ribs, and chicken) with rice and beans and a whole chicken with veggies and fries. It fed 7 people with some food still left for another 2 people. Will definitely be returning!“

“Very small place. Food is delicious. Ordered 1 chimi de Pollo. 2 chicken cachapa. I patongo. 1 mofogitos. Gave her 100. It was 45 . She gave me back 50. Now it was less than delivery but really? What happened to me 5? I guess that was tip?“

“Can honestly say, came here a few months ago and got a small Chicharron de pollo with white rice and beans. The portion was below average and left disappointed, but since then they adjusted and the Chicharron de pollo was filled with chicken, fresh white rice and hot beans, and their mojo sauce is the best!!! Very full with flavor my favorite chicharron de pollo in Westchester county“

“My family love's this restaurant as a Puerto Rican woman with mixed children. They have everything and anything we could imagine. It's good for a family eatery or if your looking to have a bite by yourself. Also added bonus you can have drink while waiting for your food. Of course I can not forget the deserts are delicious.
