“The customer service at this Starbucks location is phenomenal. I don’t know how they do it, but from the time I place my order on the drive thru line to the 2min or less it takes me to get to the window, my order is always ready. They are super fast and yet the drinks are better here than any other location. I am now a regular! Long gone are the days of waiting 20-30min on a drive thru line at the Hauppauge location. I’m so happy this Smithtown location has opened up! They are also super friendly and the inside of the store is beautiful.“

“I really liked the shrimp and grits here. It's decently cheesy, and has a good amount of shrimp in it. The rye bread I got was pretty decent; nothing too amazing, but I think it worked well with the grits I got.

Overall, happy to go again! Their menu is pretty big, so I think there are many things to try, like the chicken and waffles.“

“Went here yesterday for their Cinco de Mayo celebration, and I’m glad we did! Starting at 6p they had a Mexican mariachi band, and it was such good entertainment.The restaurant was packed as you would expect on this day, but the service was phenomenal. It didn’t matter whose table we were assigned to, everyone helped in all different stages of our meal.We started off with a coconut margarita and a peach margarita. They were good and you could taste the alcohol that put in there.The second and third coconut margarita came with real coconut in the drink, and that definitely was a seller for us.They start off with fresh made tortilla chips and homemade salsa. The salsa was fresh and great flavor, however if you can handle even a tiny bit of spice, I wouldn’t have it. It got hotter the more you ate it.We ordered their ‘alitas con chipotle’ which is their chicken wings, and oh goodness they were great. Only thing I have to say is they are double fried and on the smaller side, but their chipotle sauce was the best sauce I’ve ever tasted in my life. It is on the hotter side, but to me personally it was not too bad, the the flavor was bursting in my mouth. We actually ordered another side of the sauce for the wings because it was practically drinkable as is, and then another side for our entrees.We ordered ‘camarones caribeños’ which is their coconut shrimp with fries and salad. The coconut shrimp had appeared to be burnt when it was set on the table, however they weren’t and it was delicious. We dipped the coconut shrimp into the chipotle sauce… and that is what this place should offer with this dish. The sweet and savory together really burst in your mouth. The fries were typical fries, soft and could’ve been fried a tad more.We also ordered their ‘fajitas en Sartén’ with chicken. It came out sizzling with green peppers, onions, and tomatoes with a plate of guacamole, refried beans, rice and sour cream. We poured the chipotle sauce on the fajitas, and once again, we were baffled with the taste fusion.We loved this sauce so much that I told our waitress that I would buy the sauce if they were willing to sell it to me. I asked her to give me however much she could, and she gave me 4oz.We additionally ordered the ‘flan de tres leches’ and it tasted like a flan, and less like tres leches.Overall, would come back here in a heart beat.“

“I had a great experience at this Starbucks thanks to a cashier named Tyler. I was taking some time to decide on my order, and he remained incredibly patient and kind the entire time. When my order was accidentally charged to my PayPal account by mistake, Tyler immediately acknowledged the error, voided the transaction, and generously gave me the order free of charge. His customer service not only stood out, it truly reflected the kind of heart he has. It’s rare to come across someone so genuine and attentive. Shoutout to Tyler for going above and beyond! “While traveling for my son’s baseball tournament in Yaphank, NY my family and friends stumbled upon this gem of a restaurant!! Everything from the food to the staff is incredible!! I highly recommend this place and so did everyone else we went with (we brought 15 people with us). Everyone cleaned their plate and these are not small portions! The food is extremely fresh and there is a great sense of pride in their product. We loved our experience here and we will absolutely return when we come back in August!!“

“Mothersday 2025. Went into the starbucks for the 1st time ever. I have only ever been through the drive-through on a rare weekend morning with my wife. When it was my turn at the counter, The guy asked me if I’m having a good day and I showed him a picture of my wife and said do you know this woman and he said yes and I said yes I am having a good day and then I said do you know her order and he said yes and I said now I’m having an even better day And then he noted. He should probably leave out the espresso shot as it’s the weekend. Turns out he mailed that too five stars.

“Cosy little place with the Italian vibe you'd expect from a charming Long Island Italian place. It's half traditional slices and half sit down Italian restaurant. The sit down food is great and the pizza is higher level. Not your average corner store.They have a wine selection worthy of this level of Italian cuisine.I always judge Italian restaurants by their eggplant dishes. This one passes the test.Servers are quick and courteous. They always have more people on staff then needed so there's never a wait. At least every time I've been there.I used to go when I grew up a few towns over and it doesn't seem to have changed.Their Sicilian is my go to when it comes to slices. I like their marinara sauce for dipping as well.

Vegetarian options: Pizza and eggplant dishes.

Parking: Always more then enough. The parking lot is huge.

Kid-friendliness: Not kid oriented but definitely kid friendly.

Wheelchair accessibility: It's ground level.“

But the fact that I said wow when I tasted my coffee and wow again when I tasted my sandwich, I felt they deserve a review at this particular location in Sayville. It’s very rare to find a Dunkin this good. The coffee is delicious. Not bitter or stale tasting. They made it perfectly, and the sandwich is tasty and fresh. Def recommend this location if your near by !“

“This Dunkin’ is very efficient! I visited on a Saturday afternoon and it was super quick and smooth drive thru order. I got a strawberry donut, an avocado toast and a small chocolate shake. Everything was great and it was quick! The parking lot is def another issue as the shopping strip itself is awkward but I had a great experience.“

She informed me they had my wallet there & it was in the safe waiting for me to come get it. “I went around 9-9:30am this morning (3/1/25) and the young man who was working the coffee bar was incredibly friendly, upbeat, respectful, and helpful! The coffee was actually delicious and the prices were surprisingly great. Plus alternative milks like oat & almond were free with no extra up charge! It was my first time trying their coffee despite shopping here many times but I really enjoyed it. Even though I am making more of an effort to make coffee at home and not buy coffee drinks outside, I will def come back and make an exception for the coffee here, especially if the same guy is working there. Even though he was busy with orders, he seemed to be the only employee in the store who actually cared about his job and made an active effort to be nice to customers.“
