“After a visit to the Hamburg Fairgrounds my friend and I decided to have dinner in the area. She wanted Italian food, and Google returned Raphael's as being very near to our location! it was an excellent choice, from service to the delicious food! Our waitress was awesome! She checked in us regularly to see if we needed anything, and helped us narrow done our selections from a menu that is full of awesome choices! The owner came out to greet us, along with another nice gentleman who welcomed us with cheer! I had the Sicilian Spaghetti (Raphael's signature dish) and my friend had Chicken Florentine. You can't go wrong with either choice! We also enjoyed a cup of Pasta Fagioli soup. Everything was made from scratch! Truly authentic Italian cuisine! Generous portions too! If you're in the Hamburg area and have the taste for Italian food, I highly recommend this restaurant!“

“Lovely Italian restaurant. Our server answered questions about the menu and made suggestions (which turned out to be spot on.) She was helpful and friendly. We ordered the Vegetable Lasagna with half cream, half spicy sauce. Also ordered the Penne pasta with mushrooms, peas, and prosciutto. Everything was delicious! Would definitely eat here again when we’re in the area.“

“4 of us ventured ourside of the village of hamburg for a truly good dinner at a small restaurant in Boston. Sangria was tasty salads were huge & so good & all 4 entrees were excellent. And the cannolis just hit the spot. We will be back…..so glad we find this little spot always looking for good italian food.“

“My family hosted a wonderful post funeral service for my late mother at Carte Blanche. It was very last minute but the manager made it happen. The staff was fantastic and the food was wonderful. All the guests had a nice dinner. This establishment is a wonderful asset to the Village of Hamburg.“

“We are obsessed with their indian cuisine, it's so good with huge portions and always arrives hot when we order delivery! We try to order at least once a week now ? The lamb mahkani is my absolute favorite but everything is sooo good, their desserts and lassi are to die for too! I never cared about Rix much before to be honest, not that it was bad it just didn't stand out much to us, but now it's our go-to for takeout nights! Love!“

“Took a cruise out from So. Buffalo to get a couple of subs. It was worth the ride. It's the only place we know of that melts the cheese, and that's makes the sub. Also, the price doesn't break the bank. We will definitely be back.
