“Definitely a (new for me) favorite bar. I love the atmosphere and that this suits a variety of a drinkers. Every time I come there is an eclectic crowd and I love the welcoming environment. Drinks are good and affordable. If you want to lose yourself to the night, go for the coffee thing. You'll have a time, lol Service is fast and efficient. A must stop in this neighborhood. Oh and they have an outdoor section when the weather is nice!“

“Came by on a Friday night and the atmosphere was mellow, decent music and decent prices. would make a good date spot, small intimate interior and close to other spots if you're open to crawl! We had a good time. Love the toy sitting open on the bar for patrons to kill time and start a fun conversation around.“
“I used to make fun of Tip Top when I'd walk by. Unassuming is an understatement. One night when we were already a bit buzzed we went here as a joke. I can't explain it, but... this bar is kind of magical? Incredible patio. Immaculate vibes. Now it's one of our favorite spots.“

“Great spot in Red Hook! Came in on a Saturday afternoon and was not too busy at all. TLDR: Staff was attentive, food was solid! Food: came in with a group and we got the shrimp tacos, Carne asada taco, guac, cheese quesadilla, and butternut squash quesadilla. Everything was good but I definitely preferred the quesadillas!Service: wasn't too busy when we visited and the staff were very nice and attentive. They had run out of tortillas for burritos and a couple taco meats but our waiter was helpful with suggesting alternativesGood for: casual spot to catch up with friends Inside tips: nothing really, just highly encourage you get the butternut squash quesadilla (:“

“Old school irish pub , caught the early yankee game here in the afternoon. Very quiet , prices for drinks were very good, bartender was so nice , she was very quick making sure we always had a drink , didn't have to call or wave her down like some places.“
“This is a cocktail program for people who loves and appreciates a drink that takes into consideration the nuances of flavor. The Freezer Martini rivals and beats the Cold Pizza from DCP. The team loves their job, what they do and it’s clear in how much they appreciate their patrons. Come here, and enjoy the great atmosphere and conversation over some of the best cocktails I’ve had.“

“The most important bar of the neighborhood (and beyond really). Always open when all the other ones have closed way too early, great atmosphere, mixed audience. A great hang to chat with friends, talk to strangers at the bar or simply sit by yourself and decompress.“
“Went to a company party here and was a nice experience! They had catered food which was good and dessert afterwards. Nice family owned bar and the bartender made drinks like how they should be made. Very reasonable prices for the drinks and they even had a live band that played there after 8 pm“
“My friends and I came here to grab a couple drinks before we went to a concert. We expected to just walk in, grab drinks, and leave but the people here were so kind and welcoming we almost skipped our concert to stay for karaoke. George, the owner, did everything in his power to ensure we had a wonderful time! Nena (I believe this is her name), the bartender was also incredible! The drinks are inexpensive. The service is fabulous. Please visit this place!!!!!!“

“Cute little dive bar with cool decor! It gave off a hip hotel vibe because of the framed posters on the walls and the red detailing is really pleasing. The drinks were great and the bartenders so personable and attentive, music was also a plus because it seemed to be a mixture rather than just one vibe. My friends and I had a blast and will definitely be coming back!“

“I loved it! My first visit despite leaving in the area and seeing this place. I stopped by on my way back home after missing my train stop because I felt asleep on my way back from work, I had to walk a long distance back to my neighborhood because trains ran on express track due to an unfortunate incident. I was supposed to have only one drink, I chose Moscow Mule. After a long while, I tasted UFO and "kept" Irish Cider, I liked it! Great play music, English and Spanish, I might come back to karaoke tonight despite working tomorrow and getting up st 5:30 am. No food though, only pizza, no kitchen here. Management, how about serving popcorn, "chicharrones" (easy to find in this neighborhood), or any other "salty snack" upon request to keep us drinking??? That's the way we do in Mexico at the "cantinas" (bars"). i don't want to go home just blocks away!!!“

“I love this place! I go here pretty regularly, their crispy chicken sandwich is the best! chill inside, you put a card up when you are ready to order, get the check or have any questions! I usually get their raspberry vodka lemonade and it's amazing! In the summer time they have frozen rose and margaritas which i can't wait to try! Service is good, staff is very friendly and attentive. always very clean, has room for groups, bathroom is clean, filled with graffiti which I love! Cant wait to try their frozen drinks soon. (also their chipotle mayo is my favorite I always get extra)“

“Good Vibe and Good People. Always positive energy while staying true to its personality over time. You get a true glimmer of local culture within the heart of 'true" South Brooklyn when you enter. That local sense of cool you can't describe in words.“
“Came for my first time a couple weeks ago (which is dumb because I hang out in the neighborhood all the time) and really liked the place. The crowd for karaoke was lively and fun. The pool tables are great, as is the darts area. Nice, big, spacious place overall. I'll definitely be back.“
“Stopped in for a Dewars. It was cheap at $5. Was a light pour and looked a little watered down so it was worth $5. Fair and square. Tipped the pretty russian bartender $1. I guess she appreciated the tip because she started washing classes in front of me giving me a nice eyeful of her ample cleavage. Merry Christmas!! There was an Orthodox Jew and a loudmouth in there besides me -- so it was a mixed crowd. We all got along. The waitress teased the loudmouth about trying to get him excited. He took the bait and said that "with the way you look honey, it wouldn't take much" She thanked him, but said he should be careful or her bodyguard will take offense. He's starts yelling "you mean 'the Freak'? I'm 65 and I know 'the Freak' since we were both 5 years old!". Well you get the idea, it's a cozy relaxed place. I liked it there.“

“Listen, when I think of home, I think of the Blarney. There's nothing better than driving straight up to the Blarney, grabbing a few rounds with the fellas, and then driving home. The chicken parm is the greatest I've ever had (compliments to the chef!). Personally, having the chicken parm and a few mint chip shots is enough to turn my day from complete and utter misery, like usual, to a day full of happiness. Walking in and seeing the warm, welcoming, face of Uncle Tommy lets me leave my depression at the door until it comes back when I leave. I will never forget the countless days and nights I have spent kicking Coors Lights back at the Blarney. I love that other bartender, whose name I can't recall, but man does he have a rockin' stache.“
