“I was greeted by the most pleasant, professional young lady named Ayanna. She immediately brought us to the table of our choice and then inform us that she would also be our server. She did not leave until she informed us of menu options that she thought we might be interested in and asked us if there was anything that we needed right away. When I told her to give us a little bit of time, she pleasantly agreed and did hesitate to frequently check on us to see if she could meet our needs. I ordered a cocktail for myself and a drink for my son, who accompanied me, and we placed our dinner order. Our food was served promptly and it was hot and delicious. Throughout dinner, she checked on us frequently to ensure we had everything that we needed. She also made pleasant conversation which I greatly appreciated as this was my first time at an Applebee’s location. She has gained you a customer for life. The food and the atmosphere was wonderful, but Ayanna definitely may be experience worthwhile.“

“We had a fantastic dinner at the Brewhouse last night. The food, service was excellent. Our server did a very good job. We highly recommend this place. Our only complaint was that we spent in excess of $200 for dinner and drinks, we were charged .50 cents for an additional dressing for the Baja Chicken bowl. Seriously the management feels the need to charge this after pouring it from a giant container in the kitchen?? We were told that this the policy. Management/owner should review this absurd charge after you spend decent money. This should be absorbed elsewhere and not openly charged to customers on the bill.
$27.00 dish and you cant include two tablespoons of sauce?

“Small place that was great for a family of five. They made room in the back. Appetizers and entrees were all yummy and good portions. Loves the rustic fries. Buffalo wrap, burger and chicken sandwich were all hits. Service was very attentive.“

“We had my husband’s 60th birthday celebration dinner with 13 people at Jackson Hall on Sunday 12/21. The food was amazing and the service was excellent! I definitely recommend the burnt ends and calamari as appetizers, the lobster rolls, tomahawk pork chop (tremendous) and the pork osso buco was outstanding! We definitely left there with full bellies and leftovers 😊. Such a great restaurant“

“My family and I visited on Sunday, November 16, 2025, and had Gianna as our server. She greeted us with a smile and gave us time to decide what we wanted to order. She made appetizer recommendations, and we went with the loaded fries.

The main meal arrived HOT; maybe I should have waited just a minute to sample my skillet meal! Gianna was always available for us and made sure that our glasses were never empty. She is a valuable asset to Applebee's East Islip.

He was extremely thorough in explaining what menu items were gluten-free and took great care to ensure there was no cross-contamination. I really appreciated his attention to detail and how knowledgeable he was about the menu. Matteo checked in with us just the right amount—often enough to make sure we had everything we needed, but never intrusive. He was friendly, professional, and clearly takes pride in his work. “I was in town from Florida visiting cousins & they heard great things about this place, so we figured we would try it out! Well, it did NOT disappoint in every way! The decor and vibe is really cool with a beach/nautical theme. The food and drinks were delicious! The roasted brussel sprouts & the Shepherd’s Pie was to die for! Our waitress, Nicole, was great and funny! The bartenders, Joe & Katie, made amazing & different cocktails and were so warm & attentive! They had a one man band singing who was really talented! We even met the owners who could not be more welcoming, friendly and attentive making sure we were having a great time and we were happy with everything! “We've had great experiences at Nu. It's a quiet spot, usually, and the food is really great. We always get filet mignon or their pork chop, which is fabulous. Their wine list is great, and the service is always top notch. I'm kind of a snob when it comes to service. I like to have great service but also be left alone, which is exactly what they do. The servers have always been attentive and professional. They know what to recommend and can advise you on the menu. I have to repeat. Their food is GREAT! although I do always order the filet mignon. It's the best .“

The food was terrific, and the Cocktails were to die for! 🤩🥳😍 Mushroom toast with/ Marscarpone was AMAZING, Steak AMAZING, Mussels-The broth was So good! Tuna Tartare- the Lemon Aioli I'm still dreaming about, Grilled Octopus- grilled to perfection, Street corn- tarragon flavor really came out. My Husband Loved the Chicken Tostadas.
