This pizza was STUNNING, DELICIOUS & the pepperonis were cooked to perfection. I mean seriously, the deep dish pepperoni tonight easily takes down some typical pizza joints. The crust had that perfect wood-fired char, and the toppings were loaded with high-quality, flavorful meats. Every bite was rich, smoky, and delicious — you can really taste the difference. Easily one of the best pizzas I’ve had in Central New York. Highly recommend checking them out if you haven’t already!“

“WOW!! what a great surprise. We were getting hail damage repair done next door at Chuck Taylor's Body shop and decided to try Francescas while we waited! Excellent!! Crust is fabulous and they could teach a few places in Utica a thing or too for quality 🍕. Also had teriyaki wings so big and juicy. If you haven't yet, give them a try! Waitstaff super friendly, great food! What are you waiting for???“

“It's really too bright in the room we were in. We needed sunglasses. Felt like we were in a cafeteria. Steak was tasty but tough. The chicken parm was oddly skimpy for TT. The garlic pizza which we asked for extra garlic, lacked...garlic. They were definitely fully staffed but oddly the service was slow we had to attempt to grab anyone to get drink refills. It wasn't packed. I'm hoping it was a fluke as never had an issue there.
I should have stuck with sausage & cheese pizza that never disappoints.“

“This place has the best gyros and the best fries in the area and to me it’s not particularly close. I’m a big gyro fan and have had a lot of gyros from everywhere around here. This one is the best one. Fries are always crispy and have a crunch to them. The gyros are also HUGE. They barely fit in the pita and the sauce he uses (which I’m pretty sure is homemade) is so good. Could not recommend this place enough. It’s a hole in the wall and it may get overlooked because of its appearance. DO NOT OVERLOOK THIS PLACE“

“I ordered 20 chicken wings tonight that took 1 hr and 20 minutes to get to me and I live less than 5 minutes from then. I didn’t even received 20 wings that I paid for. Once I received them they were not edible. They were so burned and dried. I took them back and they would not give me my money back. They were disgusting. Never again.“
