“Very good food. I was a little worried because the parking lot always seems empty. However, I decided to try it out and you should too.
This place is a real gem. Everything is homemade.
The Mole sauce is warm and inviting with notes of cinnamon and clove.
The carnitas were incredibly moist, tender and seasoned well.
Margarita's were very nice as well with the right amount of juice. Not so sour like many restaurants.”

“The best Sicilian in Putnam County. Crunchy bottom, soft and tasty inside. My husband and I get a whole pie, it’s the best fresh out of the oven, we eat two or three slices in the restaurant and take home the rest, freeze for lunches. Bring a devoted Sicilian slice customer I ventured out to a salad, not any salad, their Asian salad. Cold crisp romaine lettuce, crispy chow mein noodles, sliced almonds and mandarin oranges, and the best Asian dressing. Really a very enjoyable salad. A great place for good food and great staff.”

“Mezzaluna restaurant is a great place to visit. I live in South Carolina and when my wife and I travel to NY we always visit Mezzaluna several times a week. The food and service is always excellent as is our usual waiter, Nick. He is great at his job, very friendly, observant, attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. The owner who we recently spoke with on the phone is very friendly and makes you feel welcome and special. If you are looking for a great place to dine in I highly recommend Mezzaluna Restaurant”

“I went to Froggys today for the first time and was blown away by the guy at the register greeting. (Second to none). He wasn’t too busy to speak and didn’t seem as if he didn’t want to be there. His smile, his greeting and attentiveness showed me something I have yet to see at any deli I’ve ever eaten at. And the sandwich (#13) was amazing too. I will most certainly be back.”

“I’ve been going here since late last year, and I haven’t had anything they’ve made that I didn’t love. If I had to choose, the Paris-Brest pastries are ridiculously good and the carrot cake is the best one I’ve ever had, hands down.”

“This is a local Spanish restaurant, the place was crowded, so I did takeout. I had the chercherons with rice and beans. The meat was prepared well and plentiful; however, the rice was a small container portion, this size worked for the beans, but it was not enough rice. Also it took quite some time cook, beyond what was expected. However in the end it was a tasty meal.”

“Food is delicious, service is a bit slow but it’s worth the wait I promise. Lots of yummy opinions and prices are good. They also have a buffet style service if you are in a hurry on you want something quick to go. Bread is yummy, they have conchas and a lot of sweet bread that you can get. Love that this is local and I can have a yummy cheap meal anytime.”

“I was a little concerned because the place looks run down but the food was great. It's a good thing that I'm a true believer to never judge a person or a place from the outside. The restaurant is very old, they been there for 42 years. That explains why the food is good.”

“Yall this place is incredible. Some of the best combo pizza ever and also got a Margherita. Picked up two pizzas here and everything was perfect. The staff was quick and professional, my order was ready the second I walked in, and the pies looked like works of art. The ingredients tasted fresh and homemade, and both pizzas were packed with flavor. Definitely my new go-to spot over here, amazing place.”

“I stopped by on a rainy day for some “Arroz con leche” and “Manjar de leche,” both being very traditional Central American hot drinks, specifically in the cold months or rainy days! Both were amazing; hot food looks good as well.”

“Have had dinner at The Arch previously each time everything was tasty and prepared well. My wife who's very particular was more than satisfied. In June my wife and I had our wedding at The Arch. We Highly Recommend , Zennel and his staff are professional. The chef definitely knows his way around the kitchen. The food, from appetizers, to desert, everything, was delicious. The entrees were perfect, the short ribs were to die for, no knife necessary. Our chocolate on chocolate wedding cake was incredible.”

“We stopped here for breakfast. They have a menu with plenty of options. The food was really good. The service was also very good. It’s big so I’d imagine you can always get a seat. It’s clean and a good atmosphere. It’s in a good location as it’s close to 287 and is on the main road near a few hotels and offices.”

“While traveling from Massachusetts to Texas, we stopped off the highway completely famished and discovered La Strada. What an incredible surprise! The pizza was absolutely amazing—crispy crust, flavorful sauce, and perfectly balanced toppings. Honestly, it was one of the best slices I’ve ever had. Finding a gem like this right off the exit made our road trip even better. Highly recommend stopping here if you’re anywhere nearby!”

“From the call to order, thru pickup. Horrible. Lady Linda that answered the phone was rude as can be. Food was cold. The sauces are “in the bag”. Well that was a lie. Tried to run my card, and she kept jamming it into the machine. Never one apology, let’s make things right etc. been going here for years. But after tonight, my family and all the friends I’ve told, won’t either. Shame, this used to be the go to place where the old owners were there.”

“My husband and I wanted to find a local place to watch the knicks VS Celtics game. We called and confirmed with John that they will be showing it on one of the many TV’s. And they did.

We had server named Isabella V, who was wonderful. Very attentive and sweet. Will return and request her for any future dinings at this establishment.”
