“My girlfriends & I went to Bob’s Diner yesterday after we left the Guardian Vet Hospital in Brewster( with great news!) We had breakfast. Thomas the owner was very personable & yesterday since the waitress did not show up he had a multitude of jobs! Done to perfection!!! The food was delicious, made with lots of care! We were not rushed out and the diner, to me, brought back memories of when I was a child! I highly recommend eating there & I will plan on going back!! Thanks Thomas 💙”

“Needed to grab a quick meal while driving through Brewster, and their Plant Based Beef empanadas were an insanely delicious surprise (SO good with their chimichurri sauce!), and the sweet plantains were also great. “My family and I have ordered from here a few times for dinner. I've eaten once at the bar, and tried dinner here recently. The tacos are good, and I appreciated how finely chopped the chicken was in the taco. The salsas that they give with the chips taste fresh and homemade. Good margaritas. I like the food at this restaurant better than at Las Mananitas, because here they use spices.”

“I went to Froggys today for the first time and was blown away by the guy at the register greeting. (Second to none). He wasn’t too busy to speak and didn’t seem as if he didn’t want to be there. His smile, his greeting and attentiveness showed me something I have yet to see at any deli I’ve ever eaten at. And the sandwich (#13) was amazing too. I will most certainly be back.”

“The best Sicilian in Putnam County. Crunchy bottom, soft and tasty inside. My husband and I get a whole pie, it’s the best fresh out of the oven, we eat two or three slices in the restaurant and take home the rest, freeze for lunches. Bring a devoted Sicilian slice customer I ventured out to a salad, not any salad, their Asian salad. Cold crisp romaine lettuce, crispy chow mein noodles, sliced almonds and mandarin oranges, and the best Asian dressing. Really a very enjoyable salad. A great place for good food and great staff.”

“This is our go to local sushi place. They have an expansive offering and everything we've gotten has been delicious. We have yet to dine in, but takeout is seamless : order through the website which gives accurate wait times and food is ready to go when you arrive. I'm always on and out on literal seconds. Highly recommend.”

“Mezzaluna restaurant is a great place to visit. I live in South Carolina and when my wife and I travel to NY we always visit Mezzaluna several times a week. The food and service is always excellent as is our usual waiter, Nick. He is great at his job, very friendly, observant, attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. The owner who we recently spoke with on the phone is very friendly and makes you feel welcome and special. If you are looking for a great place to dine in I highly recommend Mezzaluna Restaurant”

“This is a local Spanish restaurant, the place was crowded, so I did takeout. I had the chercherons with rice and beans. The meat was prepared well and plentiful; however, the rice was a small container portion, this size worked for the beans, but it was not enough rice. Also it took quite some time cook, beyond what was expected. However in the end it was a tasty meal.”

“This is by far the best Chinese takeout you will find in probably the whole New York. That includes the city. I've had so much Chinese food across NYC and a lot of them sadly fell off. Peking Garden in Brewster has held their ground for many years. The consistency of their food, and the pride they take in ownership is why they are #1. They offer menu items that you cant get anywhere else in the whole county, and the flavor is always the best. They serve the freshest vegetables and use the best ingredients to make their dishes really stand out. When I get Peking Garden I have to literally force myself to stop because it's so good that even when I'm full I just want another bite, and another bite lol.”

“Food is delicious, service is a bit slow but it’s worth the wait I promise. Lots of yummy opinions and prices are good. They also have a buffet style service if you are in a hurry on you want something quick to go. Bread is yummy, they have conchas and a lot of sweet bread that you can get. Love that this is local and I can have a yummy cheap meal anytime.”

“Have had dinner at The Arch previously each time everything was tasty and prepared well. My wife who's very particular was more than satisfied. In June my wife and I had our wedding at The Arch. We Highly Recommend , Zennel and his staff are professional. The chef definitely knows his way around the kitchen. The food, from appetizers, to desert, everything, was delicious. The entrees were perfect, the short ribs were to die for, no knife necessary. Our chocolate on chocolate wedding cake was incredible.”

Pizza on par (or better) than Prince St. Pizza, a wonderful Sicilian Pizza with a very airy and light crust, juicy veal parm and stuffed shells like it's Christmas Day with family.

Forget the chains, screw your diet and who cares about carbs? You live once, so come in, sit down, eat like it's your last meal and leave with a full stomach and a not too empty wallet (its well priced too).”

“From the call to order, thru pickup. Horrible. Lady Linda that answered the phone was rude as can be. Food was cold. The sauces are “in the bag”. Well that was a lie. Tried to run my card, and she kept jamming it into the machine. Never one apology, let’s make things right etc. been going here for years. But after tonight, my family and all the friends I’ve told, won’t either. Shame, this used to be the go to place where the old owners were there.”
