“Aidan was the guy that took my order, absolutely phenomenal customer service. He’s the bulk of the reason I’m posting this review. There was an angry customer that came in pretty hot. Aidan handled it with the grace and professionalism you hope for in an employee. I hope subway values him. The subs are great here, everything is always fresh.“

“The store is very clean and typically everyone who works there is great. The estimated times of subs to be done aren’t always accurate. Sometimes we go in and the subs are done. Other times we go in and we have to wait or watch while our subs get made. Not very long but if something says it should be ready by 5:25, not being ready for 10 minutes after that time is a bit extreme. It seemed as though everyone who had ordered through the app right around when we did had to wait for their orders to be made.“
