“Around 6:30 in the evening on weekdays, the store is almost full, business is pretty good, and the store also takes a lot of takeout orders.
The two of us ordered a bowl of mixed beef pho, a fried spring roll and a pork bun, and were very satisfied with everything. The fried spring rolls were very hot when they were freshly fried. They were crispy on the outside and filled with minced pork. They were delicious with the dipping sauce. There are three pork buns in a portion, and the fillings are crispy pork belly, pickled radish and sweet noodle sauce. This combination is unexpectedly harmonious and very satisfying. It is my favorite. The beef rice noodles contain beef tendons, beef slices and beef balls. There is not much meat but a lot of rice noodles. The soup is sweet and has a bit of Chinese medicine. It is just right for two people to share a bowl.“

“I go to this place at least three times a week. I love Mae Mae. The service is wonderful and the food is delicious. The cherry on top is the affordable pricing! This eatery is a hidden gem in the mount Haven section of the BX...who knew!? Love the rustic casual ,chill vibe & the rooftop seating on a summer day is everything. The chocolate croissant and vegan carrot cake 🥰 My personal favorite is avocado toast with turkey bacon , arugula or the goddess bowl add a great cup of coffee or Chai latte it's all delish!! To the staff are friendly and helpful. We love this eatery so much we just had my friend's son's wedding there, intimate, beautiful. A must try.“

They are so efficient with delivery orders, it's like they knew I was going to call. If they don't answer, its because they are busy. Just call back and NOT leave a nasty review because of that! “My family and I went to brunch on a Saturday. We were seated right away. The four of us each ordered a different dish – huevos rancheros, French toast, eggs with sausage, toast and pancakes, and a grilled chicken sandwich. All of them were delicious. Sometimes a dark, old looking, low intensity environment is good though, especially if you're feeling down as I often am.“

“The place is nice with great ambience people go there to do their work and relax the coffee is great but I didn't rank the food because I only went in for a cup of coffee and left to take the train one of these days I'll go there for a bite to eat and rate the food plus they supposedly have a craft beer menu gotta try that. “My daughter and I came from North Jersey for treatment my dad is having locally and we decided to walk over to this restaurant based on the reviews online and the pictures. It DID NOT DISAPPOINT. The food was so good and tasted like Mamá’s home made food! It rocked so hard I had to video call my mom about it!! My daughter is super picky and I don’t eat out much because I prefer cooking my own meals but I didn’t have much choice with our pit stop being much longer than we anticipated. We did not regret it.

It’s a clean, well lit, nice cozy spot.

I had oxtails with rice beans and chicken and my daughter had malanga with eggs and fried cheese! Very well made. It tasted fresh because it was! Nothing reheated or just sitting there. If you are ever near here, make sure to make a pit stop here.

The natural juices were delicious. She had pineapple and I had maracuya!! Yes it tasted very sweet. BUT I also don’t add sugar to anything so anything with sugar will taste super sweet lol. We don’t have pictures because we basically devoured our food ??? but believe the hype!!

Kid-friendliness: The music is not super loud, but you do get a taste of musica Latina without it being overbearing. It isn’t a super big spot, but seating is enough for a small family. 2 small tables (2 seats each) and a barstool area with a street view (4 seats).

“Excellent cappuccino, perfect for a dip of their excellent biscotti. I love coming here with the kids because they have little pastries that mean your kid is not eating his/her weight in sugar but feels like it's a nice treat.

These are the most delicious pignoli cookies I've ever had (almond with pine nuts on top) and are very expensive because they are only with almond flour. Be warned not to have price shock with those.“

Checking below on the comment and saw someone wrote something bad about the cook. You must not know nothing about food. I on the other hand gurantee Oasis food is real good. I love the french toast, the Cheeseburger with Crispy onion rings and they steak sandwich wich sautéed onions is bomb. They also serve great mangu for all my latinos that like it. They also have great chicken noodle soup that cant be bought anywhere else. If you are ever around tiffany and east bay make sure to stop at Oasis Coffee Shop. Just down the block is a nice park where you can take your food and watch the manhattan skyline from across the water. Oasis also delivers if you need food at the park. Free delivery! Also try their home made lemonade!!! Idk what else to shout out cause all they food is good. They also make chicken tacos and amazing qusadillas. “I absolutely love Grads Cold Brew first thing in the AM. The suggest that you add the same amount of water or milk \but I like my coffee strong and dark so I find if I put as much milk or water as suggested that the coffee is too weak. Some say its the chickory that makes the taste, but I beg to differ. I think it's their careful brewing process that make the coffee great. Add that to the great staff, who will go out of their way to help you and it makes their company the best coffee makers of cold brew in this country . “Back in my home state and staying with my sister in the Bronx, there was no way I was going home without coming here for some hometown New York style diner good grub. I typically grab Dunkin Donuts on a daily but it’s just something about that diner style coffee in that old school but traditional white mug. It was so good. I opted for a a western omelette with turkey and Lo AND BEHOLD, they put real cut up/chunked up pieces of turkey in my omelette too.“
