“Only drove 75 miles and it was worth it, we milled the food in the car, it was just like home, thank you so much for bringing back all the memories of take outs on a Friday night from Walkinstown or Clondalkin, a long way from home, we ordered 2, 3 in 1 trays and extra curry sauce and prawn crackers and chicken balls and spicebag chicken balls and 2 cans of rock shandy, portion sizes is big, and the food is amazing. I just ordered bistec a la Mexicana. I can already taste it. But I do have to try and see what it's like. I like mine, small but thick cuts and lots of sweet white onions that blend with the peppers, roasted tomatoes, and jalapeños with the rice and beans. Absolutely can't wait. I do have to run to the store for the coca cola with the cane sugar. All other cokes are fake. The mexican glass bottle one is it.“

“I discovered this place when I was looking for places to eat at by my new job and I am so glad I found it. I love how authentic it is and the prices aren't bad too! They have a decent sized menu options and they're always super nice to their customers. I order from here at least once a week and recommend everyone to try it! This is more than a deli!“

“Yummy yummy yummy! This food was delicious and authentic. Finally some good Mexican food in NYC! They were cash or Zelle only. They had some seating inside, mostly bar table height with one regular 4 seat table.
I had a huarache, which was perfectly fried with all the right toppings. My husband enjoyed the birria tacos, with the tortillas that had been classically marinated and pan fried. We'll be back.“

“The tortas are very generously portioned. I get the torta de chorizo and it never disappoints, this place has some great food and great service. Most places will sell you a torta that’s small and not filling for 8-10 dollars. This place dose it well in price and quality. Definitely will keep on coming hear.“

“I’ve read some of the negative reviews and I can only imagine it was an off day or something as my experiences there have only been great. The main guy at the counter is very courteous and they are super at making your meal especially if it’s right off the menu. If you’re asking for substitutes or extras just make sure they heard you and got it right. I recommend the wraps and the paninis but I also get an egg platter or French toast. The juices are a bit pricey for me but I think most get them for the sake of drinking a healthy juice. I really like the place it’s the best all around deli all around here.

“A real Bronx dive restaurant. The tamales were sadly mediocre. The green salsa had no picante. The red were just awful. They use powdered chili I think as opposed to red sauce - giving the tamales a pungent flavor. The Jamaica Aqua Fresca was too sweet. The place is a bit of an eyesore but the staff is nice.“

“Staff is very friendly. Large variety of food. Deli will even complete cater orders. I use them for catering and they have food ready as early as 7:15 AM. American style breakfast, tacos, cold sandwich catering orders. All done with great service!! Never had a problem.“
