“Incredible food, the wings were amazing I got the jerk sauce bbq glaze with mac and cheese it was perfectly grilled slightly charred the way I like it, amazing mac and cheese that had a hint of Cajun flavor and a Buffalo NY style blue cheese with celery at least it seemed Buffalo style from what I’ve had before. The price was way cheaper than I expected the staff was really nice to me and police and checked up on me twice, and didn’t take long to do that either. 5 stars from me I’m going back tomorrow and I don’t even live in Brooklyn, I gotta bring my gf and my friends here. Let’s be honest, not an easy find in 2025. *was not what we expected in a bbq place. I’ve been to many that really hammer down on the honky tonk vibe. That’s tolerable and expected, but not necessarily my thing. This place was refreshing. I absolutely will return and plan to turn more people onto this place. “Boston Jerk City is great! I've been to plenty of restaurants (especially carribean) and Boston Jerk City has by far been the best. The food is always consistantly good and the portions are very overwhelming but great if u like to enjoy the next day or later. I feel like the restaurant should have a more welcoming feel, the thick plastic glass between you & the server is sort of strange but I know its for there safety. But overall, I RECOMMEND BOSTON JERK CITY TO ALL.“

“BK location is more pleasant than KTown Manhattan. Clean tables and fries to order. Had delicious boneless tenders in honey garlic sauce and the order came quickly and the skin was crunchy and light. I’d definitely prefer this location to Manhattan because the food is made to order vs KTown had pre-made takeaway.

Plus if you want to listen to non-stop kpop while watching Brooklyn foot traffic from the window, this spot is for you.

Note to Westerners: Chinese BBQ (in general) is meat seasoned with cumin and other spices and grilled until the edges are crispy. It is usually a bit fattier than most American meats but also very flavorful. If you're having trouble communicating with the waiter, point at the menu. Also, in many Chinese establishments, waiters do not come interrupt you like in Western restaurants. But if you look, the waiters are circling attentively and will come instantly when you look at them and raise your hand :)“
