“I had Restaurant Week lunch with friends. My foie gras appetizer was smooth and delicious and served with crispy baguette toasts. I had the Fluke for my entree and the fish was poem, simple and beautifully cooked. The chocolate mousse was rich, perhaps a bit too heavy after such nice light meal.
Stopped by today and lunches on an excellent Croque Monsieur (I was happy to be offered an egg to make it a Croque Madame) with a simple but flavorful mixed greens salad.
The wine on both occasions was very good. They have an extensive wine list: I have my eye on a bottle of St. Aubin on their list. 😉🍸“

“Just finished a delicious lunch; Eggs Benedict served with fries and a light salad. A lovely glass of Pinot Grigio, coffee and sorbet; mango, raspberry and coconut! Delightful spot, great atmosphere and excellent service!“

“Disappointing experience. The menu has a few French dishes like the Beef Bourguignon but feels overall Americanized. The wine list includes impressive grand crus (e.g., Cos d’Estournel at $590) that don’t match the menu’s tone. Ambiance is a classic French brasserie; service was average (the wine list was removed from the table after we ordered a pre-dinner drink without asking and never cme back). We had the Ratatouille, Cognac Wagyu burger and Salmon — food was tasty and well presented.“

“We were looking for a quick breakfast option while walking to Penn Station. Toast was recommended by the Grayson Hotel people so we thought we would try it.

I ordered a whole wheat bagel with peanut butter and a slice of avocado. My wife ordered a whole wheat bagel with nova salmon, onions, capers, cream cheese.

We both were happy with our bagels and would definitely try it again if we are in the area.“

Our most recent visit was particularly enjoyable,, thanks in no small part to our waiter, Qemal, who was truly the epitome of exceptional customer service. He made us feel so well looked after, from beginning to end.

personally i find the espresso roast here a little too burnt so i don't take it here, but that's personal taste.“
