If you pay by card you are forced to pick a tip minimum 15%. They don't even bring you the food. The portions aren't good for the price. The large shawarma plate for 28 dollars was small in portion. The chicken they gave was a small amount. The chicken had little flavor. The hummus was bland.
Food is pretty good and reasonably priced for what you pay for.The customer service is BAD! guys at the cash register usually have an attitude, and are condescending to certain races, ALSO they FORCE YOU TO TIP!!!! starting with 15% even if you don't dine in and are only picking up food. THERE IS NO OPTION TO NOT TIP OR ADD A CUSTOM TIP??!!Do better.
