“Grateful for a decent Chinese restaurant that is clean and elegantly decorated. Tofu and chicken dish were very good. The beef stew was more of a beef soup and on the oilier side so wasn’t our favourite. Dumplings were pretty good. Would definitely return and recommend.“

“Pretty standard flavor spot, slightly pricy if considering the quality. Things would go wrong but nothing really stands out.
They serve fast, clean fast, bill you fast. Understandable but it feels like you are rushed to get out.

✨Tea-smoked duck might be the one I would recommend. The flavor was mild but rich. Meat was not dry.

Dan-Dan noodles was good, a classic. I recommend ask for some vinegar to mix with.

The chive fried pancake was authentic.“

“Came here for Restaurant Week - what a perfectly balanced and rich menu (pre-fix menu also includes a glass of wine and a cocktail). We had XO Sauce Oyster Mushroom and Fresh Squid w/Garlic and Chili Oil for appetizer (very flavorful); perfectly tender and juicy Pork Soup Dumplings (black truffle and pork roe); Lychee Kung Pao Crispy Pork and Braised Beef w/Abalone in Tomato Sauce for entrée (hearty portions and great taste); Sweet & Sour Cabbage and Snow Pea Shoots w/Garlic for vegetable (the best part of the meal! fresh, yummy and such a symphony of tastes!) and Yuzu Coconut Cotta and Osmanthus Ice Jelly for dessert (just the right amount of sweetness and fun texture!) - everything was up to par!
Service was very delicate and attentive, and the whole atmosphere quite nice. I’ll definitely be coming back to explore more of Szechuan cuisine.“

“There are inadequate words to describe how good Chiko is. I come here probably once a month, and the fact that there isn’t a line down the street every day blows my mind. This food is remarkably delicious.

Birds of a Feather, Cafe China, Szechuan Mountain House, Ma La Project, Antidote, etc.—respectfully step aside. Chiko takes Chinese food to a new level.

Everything is good, but the chicken steak is the star. Thank you for your amazing work, Chiko team!“

For the BBQ we got , the squid, the garlic oyster, the beef and the lamb. It was all cool too perfection. It was so so so so yummy. I enjoyed it a lot. It wasn’t busy and food came out quickly. Best of all, the fish wasn’t too salty. I’ll come again“

“Best Chinese foodRecommend Blk Pepper Chicken/Gen. Tso Chicken/Shrimp Pad Thai noodles/String beans in Garlic Sauce.7/11 I'm adding to this review. As I said before food is good but I'm noticing that pad Thai noodles is chintzy on the shrimp and chicken. I call them back to say so and now I'm told "what do you expect? How much chicken should go in with the noodles." I responded back " it shouldn't be a portion for a baby. I don't need to pay $10.25 for a box of noodles with dime size pieces of meat. I also let them know that I'm going to write a review on this. So goodbye Panko, your loss plus referrals. ?“

“I ordered the chicken lo mein, roast pork egg roll, and scallion pancakes by takeout recently. The food arrived ridiculously fast and was hot and delicious. I wish there had been more scallions in the pancakes but they were still good. Portion sizes were good for a single person. I often expect more Chinese food for the price but everything was classically cooked. I would order from here again the menu is extensive.“
